I do love how Wyatt enjoyed having his own top of the line starfighter. I do love how Wyatt cusses out Epsilon 4 getting himself and 2 other pilots killed for personal glory. I do like after E4 gets himself killed, no one else in his wing obays his orders without hesitation.
Great job with the complex space battle in this chapter. I do like how Wyatt's experience with Blackships/subs gives his fellow fighters a fighting chance.

Always find it fascinating how different sci-fi authors structure their Space Battles. Star Trek (despite how I loathe it) focuses on larger vessels because it assumes that targeting systems are near perfect, which at the close ranges that sci-fi tends to have Fighters fight at is absolutely true. Because of the g-forces missiles should technically be faster. Frankly there's no need for fighters to engage other vessels directly. The fighter/intercepter _space_ superiority role and recon should be the only viable objectives for crewed Fighters. But this story has WH40k logic with stagent and outdated tech being used, makes sense i suspose.

wait wait wait. at 13:44 they say the corvette gets a hole 800 meters long blown in it?! the Nimitz class aircraft carrier is only 300m long and is manned by 5000 personnel. how big is a cruiser in this world?!
It is a space ship affterall not very surpising honestly since well most ships affter built won't ever go into atmo also don't need to worry about weight limits like you do in atmosphere
