On This Tour We Explore an abandoned Cabin up North in cottage country and it's a complete time capsule!
This cabin appears to be left alone when the family stopped using it for an unknown reason.
There's some rummage going on, mostly in the kitchen from animals and critters but no vandalism at all!
With so much interesting, amazing and old things left behind. You won't want to miss this explore!!

The creepy crawler molds can be used to make creatures out of fishing lure plastic just heat on low heat til melted then pour into mold let cool then BAM new creepy crawler

So odd someone would remove cabinet doors to replace them with curtains.
Primative and almost a cabin this one was, I bet it had some cold areas and hot areas in the wintertime with those two heaters, one in the kitchen, one in the livingroom.

I loved the simple way that people can live out in the woods and playing games and just being together that was how my hubby and I were for 25 years before he died. I love to sew and cross stitch and he had so many health problems, but we were content just being together and I absolutely love that kerplunk game. It reminded me of my childhood and just so many ways of living the simple life that was a magnificent video. Thanks so much hon.🩷 I absolutely love that bag of clothes pins as well

i lived in a house that had paper insulation and with a heater like that but twice as big. a two bdrm lrm kit. and bath room was glad to get out

That's a fuel oil burner in the living room, my husband had one in his house
This was such a GREAT house...I feel like I say that a lot, however one thing that really struck me was that the house and their belongings were not extravagant or flashy. What they DID have was obviously cherished and taken very good care of. Things were nest and in their "place". To me, that means the family that was living there truly appreciated what things they DID have. I cld totally be reading into it as well, but that was my initial thought when I was watching. The mess was clearly made by time and/or folks going for a little rummage.

The government here and municipalities would never allow a safety and biological hazard to stand empty and abandoned for a long period. But thats here in the Netherlands and a small country in comparison...

That was an air compresser and the rectangle on the cement blocks was a clean out for the chimney.

Grand parents home with room for grandchildren to come and stay. Wonder why family members hadn't been to collect belongings, photographs etc. Distance shouldn't come into the equation if you care about family. Hope someone does eventually come back for things.

This cabin was living off the grid before that was a coined term like it is today. These people clearly spent a lot of time in the remote cabin given all the toys and activities they brought into the place to occupy themselves with. The reason for all the flashlights and push/tap lights is most likely due to the fact that it was powered by a generator they shut off at night. All the appliances are powered by gas or propane, including the fridge, the deepfreeze that was in the outside storage room and the living room heater with a flu pipe that he thought was a stereo for some odd reason. Hot water was made and maintained in the large adapted pot sitting on the gas space heater in the kitchen. The temperature gauge, better known as a thermometer, "is reading around 0, which is pretty close, but its not a cold day." Say what? ? ? An air compressor was called a generator? ? ? Some rather confusing and odd narration throughout this one.
