The "bed frame" you saw in the second bedroom was what we call a hide-away bed in the southern United States. The metal object on the bedside table is a wood rasp. If I were younger and wealthier I would buy it and either move there on a permanent basis or spend summers there. It definitely has a lot of character.
You two do such a great time. Love how Bed is always decorating.

I bet if you researched this house is in probate. I guess you have that there… here in the US you can bid on houses like this to buy them.
Yes we have probate here too. A lot of these places go to auction if no legal owner is found.

I do hope you got permission from the owner to go inside! This is someone's modern lived in home. You have no right to barge in and start filming. They may stay there for the summer. Very interesting though.
