I'm not a machinist but love watching the process and I must say I've never seen so much going on at one time, That is mind blowing !!!! thank you for the video.
Really Good Video. Using G-Code simulation on a digital twin of the real Swiss machine before running the program avoids crashes as well. This also avoids the downtime of dry runs and potential damage if you don't hit the Feed Hold button fast enough during a single block.
O6969 isn't a random program, it's the most important program in the shop! At least in my shop... On my mill it's the tool touchoff program. On my lathe it's the program with the m98 for bar puller jobs
handy program but fanuc controll should also have a option for syncronized scrolling at least our machines have in the soft buttons in a subpage a option to change to syncroniced scrolling where you are able to scroll through the program seing how the sites wait for each other not as clear at the program you showed but still also a good to know tipp
Man id be happy if i even get a basic cam software but my boss is too stingy for that because "its too expensive " mmmkay yes then let me do some dynamic ... oooohhh wait, cant do sorry mr. Customer u gotta wait some more because machine has to do its weird dance before cutting XD
Programming this sounds and looks soooooo annoying. But the Result is awesome! From an Operator standpoint... I have to say I hate it. Program and Tool's have to be out of the office. Can't change pretty much anything because it has to be changed in the office to be future-proof. My Job is now sticking stock in a machine every hour or two at I guess like 6 to 20 of these machines? In 3 shifts? Naaah bro, where is the challenge for the operator?😂
Hello Titan family, I am a 7-axis CNC lathe and sliding vending machine master from Turkey. I write programs by hand and do not use glass. I follow you with pleasure. Can you please translate it into Turkish as subtitles? I applied for a green card with my family in May. If your family needs a swistorn, I would like to contact you
can't upvote this. only because its a very expensive CNC machine, and the machined "dice" is a zero-effort cube with chamfers, similar to those, every metal-work apprentice in Germany has to do at least once with a hand-file. a playing dice is a sphere with 6 flats!
Always a pleasure to teach people in the industry a few tricks! Hope you enjoy!
Thanks Donnie, Merry Christmas 🎄

Clearance is clearance, right? On a serious note, Swiss machines are on another level!
One time my shop manager said, "If everything is going great, look for what's wrong"
Donnie’s always making it look so easy
Yep this machine would turn what little hair i have left gray. Lol. You make it look easy.
The most common mistake, I find on 5th axis machining is H&T values don't match especially if you are switching from 3 and 5th axis a lot.
Citizens can sync control paths during edit on the machine control (both Mitsubishi and Fanuc controls)
Why don’t you use Vericut machine simulation to verify everything before you run it on the machine?
Dannie, Excellent short video on amazing CNC Tornos machine,
thank you
Love you
Die Fase vom Würfel kannst du auch mit 2 Stationen gleichzeitig machen.
Sick dice! It took me 11 minutes, start to finish making a set of 2 dice on my 3 axis minimill.
29th edition machinery's handbook represent!
"2 gangs working together" something that can only be said in Machining
Nice work Donnie👏
Always love your videos. Happy Birthday!
O6969 HAHAHA nice to see its globally the go to name for a ramdom program 😂🇬🇧

Traubs WinFlex has been having this since early 2000...

Hydraulic Press Channel co-op?
Can I get a set of these dice please?
capy-baraa

My lathe fear, times 13!
I love the idea of a swiss machine, but I would dread every second of the initial dry run, every time!
Donnie is the man!
Swiss programming, new and interesting ways to crash machines.
Golden rule in proving a new program....
1. Single Block
2. Feed pot down(zero %)
3. Cycle Start
4. Distance To Go
5. Gradually Advance Feed Pot
Beautiful! What CAM can be used for programming this machine?
SolidCam
@@donniehinskeThis part was entirely programmed with SolidCam?
The high end cam packages handle this?\
cant wait to set up a whole program on... three parts... with a machine like this

I have know idea how to program this machine
4:03 come on, you did that intentionally 😂 (O6969)
Why these tools do t have cameras and identify the location and size of tools to prevent crashing? This should all be automated. Add AI if needed.
