Firstly you should probly wash the comforter by itself so it can turn over more and get a better wash second when you do comforters or bedding in general you should always use the "Bulky" setting so that the machine can properly wash that big blanket
Just as a suggestion, if you look through the cap from the detergent bottle you’ll notice that there are markers with corresponding numbers representing the size of the load proportionate to the size of the load. Since it’s a 3.0 cu Ft capacity washer the most detergent dosage for a load should be the 3 mark. If you only expect the machine to fill half way, fill the cap in between the markers for 1&2. In the long run it’s better for fabrics and having more detergent doesn’t improve cleaning ability, but it does remove dyes from fabric making them look worn and older. It’s also better for the pump in the machine. Great video by the way.
Great video 👍🏽… I do think you used a lot of detergent but I find portable washers or maybe washing without the agitator seem to take more to get your clothes clean. I have added a few things to my washing process that really help 1) washer balls as a agitator 2) sanitizer or disinfectant liquid like vinegar or ammonia which removes odor causing bacteria 3) washing booster like washing /baking soda or Borox depending on the type of clothing I’m washing to help boost my liquid detergent. 4) pretreating any heavily soiled items Thanks for the video 😅
Thank you for showng an actual comforter can fit. My mother has a queen size then my sister and i have a twin. The portable washer we have right now cant even fit more then 2 pairs of jeans cause it gets to heavy. let alone our blankets. We was happy to finally have clean clothes where we dont have to hand wash but we also like to keep our blankets clean and the laundry mat mad expensive and dont even work properly in our area lol. Ive also been overwhelmed trying to find a portable washer that big enough size because Im not use to the whole way they size everything or all the attachments you need for them very well. we currently use our showerhead that can move as a way to fill up our portable washer lol.
No problem & yes have to make a way out of some way I use my kitchen sink to connect my washer does good still those washer is really good & last long if you take care of it I still haven’t had any issues I’m glad my videos are able to help some people 🥰✨
I have the Magic Chief 3.0 cu ft washer and it is so easy to hook up and unhook/put away. I am able to fit a queen sized Sherpa type blanket on bulky setting and it has room to agitate and it spins well on the normal settings but I sometimes have to do a 2nd spin only when doing a bulky setting load. The washer is phenomenal. You can easily hook up to a kitchen or bathroom faucet or even an outdoor type faucet with the correct fittings. I also have a Splendide brand dryer that is amazing.
Thank you for that info on someone’s comment. I use bulky because it feels the water to a higher level so that you have more room and more education for the bulky or thicker/larger items like a queen size Sherpa blanket or a comforter. I will have to check out the delicate cycle.
I can’t wait to get my portable washer and dryer so I can do a review I just ordered the B&D 3.0cu and the panda 3.5 cu I seen this one but Amazon wanted almost 700$ for it I was already complaining about the b&d price compared to the off brands.. only reason why I ain’t get the off brand is bcuz I seen A review saying they were cheaply made… I’m so glad I came across this video bcuz my main concern was can I fit a blanket in it
You may want to rethink the dryer and look for one that is at least 4 ft.³. That’s what I ended up doing and I’m glad I did because the size Sherpa blanket that I always wash never would’ve fit in The 3.5 ft.³ dryers that are out there. I ended up getting A 4 ft.³ dryer to add space for tumbling.
I was concerned that her house was going to be full of bubbles. A cartoon persay and everyone was going to go floating out the door! I dont kniw folks thatbuse that mich soap!
Mines still in good condition had for couple months and yes I wash my pillows and big blankets in their and my rugs it pretty big and doesn’t give me any issue

Hi no you don’t have to turn the water on and off during the cycles you just leave it alone and the washer does all the work for you until you done using the washer and when you about to put it away you turn the water off but I leave mines on for days until I’m done using the washing machine And everything works fine
I went to Home Depot because I’m sure that the adapter that it brings will not fit into my bathroom sink because it needs one that is smaller in size. In homedepot one of the workers told me to try a adapter that they suggested. But it was too big in size. So I went to a hardware store and explained what I want and how I was planning to connect it. I showed them a picture of the bathroom faucet and suggested that I connect it through the bottom of the sink. I’m not very familiar with that process. But at the hardware store the guy was very helpful and told me to return when I receive my washer and to take a picture of the bottom of the sink to better expand show me how to install.
I think my question is …I only have one handle on the top of my faucet, so how does it know during the wash cycle whether to choose hot or cold when it’s filling …do I have to put handle on hot side when filling? And then, when it’s rinsing, put it on the cold side… Because I know it rinses in cold water… or will it rinse and wash in hot water if I put it on the hot from my understanding it rinses in cold … excuse me for being all over the place and thanks for responding to my question
What’s with the 96 different types of detergent? Way too much. That will damage your machine, especially a smaller unit like this one. Only put about half a capful in for this size washer, even for the largest loads.

OMG, I'm in disbelief to what I just witnessed. You need to learn how to wash clothes properly. When washing clothes using a top loader, you fill the machine with water 1st, the clothes 2nd, and finally the detergent last. Also, I can't believe you poured all those different brands of detergent into that washing machine without any water in it. You're simply wasting laundry detergent, because you think the more detergent you use the cleaner the clothes. WRONG!!!!!! You poured way too much detergent in that machine, and due to that fact, your clothes won't be able to rub against one another properly. Also, you gone have mold behind the drum due to you using too much detergent. You've been warned! Clothes have to rub together to become clean. The added soap prevents them from doing that. All you have to do is read the manufacturers directions and use the recommended cap size. I only came here, because I want to purchase a Magic Chef. Sheesh, SMH!

If I'm out of place please forgive me didn't want to tell you need a link question for when the water comes out the machine because it'll be length in the water and it will miss you sink up they have a Walmart they like 2 round things I think for a dollar or you get a little Douglas stocking put a rubber band around the hole so you can catch the length

U can get knee high at Wal-Mart 4 come in it for .89....that way the lint dont slip through the holes in ur sink strainer thing. And u just tie it w a rubber band or hair tie. Someone did not read the washer's manual. You're only supposed to use cold water with portable washers so that splitter is not needed. They also recommend that only powder or liquid HE detergent is used - pods are a no-no! And for heaven's sake - what is the deal with all that soap!?!? Geez!🤣

I’ve had this same one for 2 years now and when I say best investment.. THEE BEST 🏆 I’ve washed heavy duty covers, couch covers, mattress covers etc it is super heavy duty. Clean your cloths just as good as a regular washer! I also have the dryer and I couldn’t be more pleased. NO BREAKDOWNS WHAT SO EVER with either and it has been 2 yearsssss 😊

I find it doesn't much better job at cleaning than an agitator one with the magic shot the North CA are black and black and black and black-and-white so I have no way to compare it just with the reviews. I did a lot of research on the RCA and magic chef on different sites and it's I get with the at least negative reviews on RCA and Black and Decker on Amazon were a lot more negative reviews than magic chef.
Goes to show how most nowadays prioritize. I'm interested in the washing machine. I didn't even notice the detergent. I bet they all voted for Biden as well. SMH

Man...that was at least a world record amount of detergent for one small load of clothes. The detergent companies love you.

You may want to attach a lint filter to the drain. You will be surprised how much lint will collect.

U can get knee high at Wal-Mart 4 come in it for .89....that way the lint dont slip through the holes in ur sink strainer thing. And u just tie it w a rubber band or hair tie. Someone did not read the washer's manual. You're only supposed to use cold water with portable washers so that splitter is not needed. They also recommend that only powder or liquid HE detergent is used - pods are a no-no! And for heaven's sake - what is the deal with all that soap!?!? Geez!🤣

I’ve had this same one for 2 years now and when I say best investment.. THEE BEST 🏆 I’ve washed heavy duty covers, couch covers, mattress covers etc it is super heavy duty. Clean your cloths just as good as a regular washer! I also have the dryer and I couldn’t be more pleased. NO BREAKDOWNS WHAT SO EVER with either and it has been 2 yearsssss 😊
Also if you plan on getting dryer with it you can spin your clothes twice in the washer and one dry should get your cloths dry.

I find it doesn't much better job at cleaning than an agitator one with the magic shot the North CA are black and black and black and black-and-white so I have no way to compare it just with the reviews.
I did a lot of research on the RCA and magic chef on different sites and it's I get with the at least negative reviews on RCA and Black and Decker on Amazon were a lot more negative reviews than magic chef.
