The golden age of Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Disney were during my childhood in the 90s and early 2000s. All three networks are a shadow of what they used to be.
That's called "nostalgia". I promise you a lot of kids, aka the demographic of these dhows, would like a lot of modern shows just as much as they like your " golden age" shows
If I were to pick a worst Nick show, here are my main 3; > Corn & Peg - despite being a Nick Jr. show, I felt that this show alone looked more like an MLP knockoff > Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years and The Patrick Star Show - Both shows are just milking on SpongeBob's success and drying out other popular Nickelodeon shows, throwing away continuity from the main series, and add insult to injury, breaking the wish of the late Stephen Hillenburg's not to make these spinoffs (in my mind it's a spit to his memory)
I heard they waited until he died to get started on those spin-offs, and I'd like to think that he'd've disapproved of them even if he had no issue with spin-offs.
Wild grinders doesn't deserve to be considered a bad show ( sure the toilet and gross out humor was a little much but that's what kids thought was funny back then ) also none of the main characters were stereotypes
@@RealGilbertGanWhy are you blaming a godforsaken cartoon? It’s their main cash cow but This all goes down to Nick themselves for canceling them way too soon. If you feel this way, then fine. But don’t put a blame on a cartoon.
@@RealGilbertGanand The Loud House. But given there is no Season 8 of the animated series or a Season 3 of The Really Loud House. It is safe to confirm that both have been cancelled. The Loud House has now become quiet with only the sequel animated film being the last thing from it. About time. They should've ended the franchise in 2020. That way there wouldn't have been no terrible live action media or more seasons recycling the same plots.
Never mind the fact that Rob Dyrdek currently hosts "Ridiculousness", which practically occupies most of MTV's current schedule. Alex has appeared in other films such as Christopher Nolan's 2023 film "Oppenheimer", Jake Kasdan's 2017 film "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" (and its 2019 sequel "Jumanji: The Next Level"), and 2016's "My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2" (directed by Kirk Jones) and "Patriots Day" (directed by Peter Berg). His older brother Nat has done quite nicely for himself, too.
Sanjay and Craig was one of the worst things I have ever watched. It was obvious they were just trying to copy SpongeBob and they just ended up failing miserably making the most annoying characters ever
I haven't watched the majority of the shows but hear me out. How dare you put fanboy & chum chum as number 2 ? I was addicted to watching it after school as a kid/teen, it was underrated. Fred wasn't that bad at all, I also enjoyed watching Alvin. However, the 2 shows I mentioned I watched them on MBC 3 channel rather than Nickelodeon as the Arabic got shut down at that moment while Alvin would be aired on Spacetoon Arabic channel.
I’ll be honest, I’m only here for the nostalgia. I’ve never seen some of these but most of them I remember. And they were pretty good when I was a kid.
You can tell that this list was compiled from an adult's perspective, by persons in their early 30s or late 20s. So, a lot of the shows from the 2010s are on here, none premiering after 2018 and only two before 2010 (correct me if I'm wrong). Kids clearly loved Alvin, as it aired on the channel for eight years. The Naked Brothers Band would've aired longer, had the family not pulled out of a proposal to air a ton of specials. Bunsen is a Beast, Robot and Monster, Monsters vs. Aliens, The Troop, Max & Shred and The Bureau of Magical Things were also bad shows from this era, if you're being that specific. But, shows like Danger Force, That Girl Lay Lay and The Smurfs aren't really good TV either. Also, shows like Mr. Meaty and My Dad's a Rockstar weren't good in the 2000s.
ok, I get wild grinders, but the talking dog made sense if you knew anything abour Rob Dyrdek, you'd know about his dogs Meaty and Beefy. Meaty, being his first one, made it into the show.
Notice how most of these shows aired around the same time in the late 2000s/ early 2010s. I remember watching Nick around that time its block was Spongebob, I Carly, and Victorious 90% of the time. Then the other 10% was Nick throwing these failure shows on and seeing what would stick lol.
Just because Fanboy and Chum Chum is "nostalgic", doesn't mean it's good. Same with Planet Sheen, which is literally just Jimmy Neutron without Jimmy Neutron with Family Guy cutaway gags.
WOW Now That’s An Awesome Video Of The “Top 20 Worst Nickelodeon Shows” Great Job & Actually For Me Does TV Shows “Tak And The Power Of Juju, Sanjay And Craig, Alvinnn!!! And The Chipmunks, Planet Sheen, Breadwinners, & Fanboy & Chum Chum” Are Indefinitely The Best/Respectful TV SHOW’S EVER :-)
I enjoyed watching Game Shakers, Talia in the Kitchen, Tak and the Power of Juju, Alvinnn!!! and the Chipmunks, The Haunted Hathaways, Planet Sheen, Marvin Marvin and Fanboy & Chum Chum growing up.
I personally don’t like the Fairly Oddparents: Fairly Odder, The Patrick Star Show, and Kamp Koral, because their soul purpose is to continue the legacy of an old series! 2 of which for the exact same series, and to make matters worse, that series is still running!
And most of them were in the 2010’s arguably the darkest time for Nick. CN was definitely beating them with quality shows at that time. Not as bad as Disney’s shows but still.
I never got into the 2010s CN shows aside from Regular Show, and Gumball, those shows are great, the others are boring, too much story and characters driven focused content, they just turn me off.
Jimmy Neutron: Operation Jet Fusion and the Jimmy Timmy Power Hours Danny Phantom: Ultimate Enemy My Life as a Teenage Robot: Teenage Mutant Ninja Troubles and Escape from Cluster Prime I can’t say a best episode for TMNT 2012 as I forgot about most of the episodes and have to go back and rewatch it.
Honestly, I liked Fanboy and Chum Chum, Bucket and Skinner's Epic Adventures, and especially Supah Ninjas. I'm still mad that Supah Ninjas ended on a CLIFFHANGER! 😡 In addition, I'm surprised that the Spongebob spinoff shows and Bella and the Bulldogs didn't make the list.
Even tough the animated shows from the 2010s obviously weren't the best, Nichelodeon actually cared about animation and didn't focus on their major franchises too much, now SpongeBob and The Loud House are pretty much the only truly good shows that are keeping Nickelodeon from getting discontinued and no chance of getting dumped onto Nicktoons.
Yeah, but the downside of it is that I still find it controversial with the latter whereas after its creator passed away, Nick decided to exploit it with two spinoffs despite the man's late wishes not to do so, while the former's creator got fired from the company during the height of the Weinstein Effect, but went on to a new direction without the creator and has rejuvenated its popularity.
Idk if there's 20 bad disney shows I can name but for cn they could use these Chop socky chooks Johnny Test Super Noobz Problem Solverz Secret mountain fort awesome Out of Jimmy's head Squirrel boy Cramp twins Almost Naked Animals Annoying orange Level up Teen Titans go (I like it but most don't) My gym partner's a monkey Powerpuff girls 2016 Incredible Crew Ben 10 2017 Dude what would happen
Man. When looking at the air dates of a majority of these shows, it's safe to conclude that the 2010s were the beginning of the Nickelodeon Dark Ages. The Orange Blimp of the 90s has deflated. :(
Atleast you gave a reason to hate 2015 Alvin unlike anyone else who just says “The new Alvin and the Chipmunks is bad because they don’t look like chipmunks” which is a stupid reason
#20: The Naked Brothers Band (2007-2009) #19: Game Shakers (2015-2019) #18: Talia in the Kitchen (2015) #17: Supah Ninjas (2011-2013) #16: Tak and the Power of Juju (2007-2008) #15: Sanjay and Craig (2013-2016) #14: Pig Goat Banana Cricket (2015-2018) #13: Bucket & Skinner’s Epic Adventures (2011-2013) #12: Alvinnn!!! And the Chipmunks (2015-present) #11: The Haunted Hathaways (2013-2015) #10: Planet Sheen (2010-2013) #9: Butt-Ugly Martians (2001-2003) #8: Marvin Marvin (2012-2013) #7: The Nick Cannon Show (2002-2003) #6: Breadwinners (2014-2016) #5: AwesomenessTV (2013-2015) #4: Rob Dyrdek’s Wild Grinders (2013-2015) #3: Nick Studio 10 (2013) #2: Fanboy & Chum Chum (2009-2014) #1: Fred: The Show (2012)
I'm just gonna say it, the hatred for Sanjay and Craig was over-blown. I'm not saying this show's great by any means; I'm just saying its not as bad as people were making it out to be. Sure it may be gross and overly radical, but there's enough passion and spontaneity to it that I cannot be mad at it. Honestly, if it spent more time developing its narrative and characters than the gross-out; it might've been good. It might've gone toe to toe with the best of the 2010s. But in my book, 'Sanjay and Craig' is ok for what it is. BTW, I hope we've reached the point where we can agree there are worse things than Breadwinners.

The golden age of Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Disney were during my childhood in the 90s and early 2000s. All three networks are a shadow of what they used to be.
Amen to that.
That's called "nostalgia". I promise you a lot of kids, aka the demographic of these dhows, would like a lot of modern shows just as much as they like your " golden age" shows

The only game company-related show I heard of was "some assembly required" and it was pretty good.
Game Shakers was good.
Fanboy and chumchum actually grew on me. Same with robot and monster, which I'm surprised wasn't mentioned in the list.
If I were to pick a worst Nick show, here are my main 3;
> Corn & Peg - despite being a Nick Jr. show, I felt that this show alone looked more like an MLP knockoff
> Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years and The Patrick Star Show - Both shows are just milking on SpongeBob's success and drying out other popular Nickelodeon shows, throwing away continuity from the main series, and add insult to injury, breaking the wish of the late Stephen Hillenburg's not to make these spinoffs (in my mind it's a spit to his memory)
I heard they waited until he died to get started on those spin-offs, and I'd like to think that he'd've disapproved of them even if he had no issue with spin-offs.
@@Chaos89P which is unfortunately true, and it really pissed me off
I actually enjoyed Wild Grinders, Sanjay & Craig, Breadwinners and Fanboy & ChumChum as a kid
Wild grinders doesn't deserve to be considered a bad show ( sure the toilet and gross out humor was a little much but that's what kids thought was funny back then ) also none of the main characters were stereotypes
You know what the sad thing is? A lot of the Nickelodeon shows that _had_ potential to be good ended up getting the WORST treatment
And I can name a few of them myself:
- The Casagrandes
- Glitch Techs
I blame SpongeBob's exploitations for mistreating other shows.
@@RealGilbertGanWhy are you blaming a godforsaken cartoon? It’s their main cash cow but This all goes down to Nick themselves for canceling them way too soon. If you feel this way, then fine. But don’t put a blame on a cartoon.
@@dmercy8477 I'm not going to answer that and go further. It's pretty obvious that SpongeBob's become Nickelodeon's cash cow.
@@RealGilbertGanIt's Pony and Rise of the TMNT would like a word with you.
That way there wouldn't have been no terrible live action media or more seasons recycling the same plots.
the fact that Alex Wolff is now in a bunch of horror movies blows me mind.
It felt more like they were trying to copy regular show over SpongeBob
Agreed.
Title: WORST Nickelodeon Shows
Thumbnail: Fanboy & Chum Chum
Me: EXCUSE ME?!
Sanjay and craig and fanboy and chumchum are overhated.
Forgot to mention breadwinners, it has toilet humour but it's still funny a lot of the time.
Those tv shows were made out of the Satan's worst nightmares.
Fanboy and chumchum I begrudgingly enjoyed. It was super stupid, but it got me somehow
agreed. I enjoy Sanjay and Craig, even this show have some gross and fart jokes, this show is very funny
Meaty and My Dad's a Rockstar weren't good in the 2000s.
well, if from adults' perspective then where is Dora the explorer.
@@jimbo9208 That's Nick Jr.
so it still nick@@giancarlofelicianocastaned9316
The Smurfs isn't that bad though it's just targeted towards the wrong demographic
ok, I get wild grinders, but the talking dog made sense if you knew anything abour Rob Dyrdek, you'd know about his dogs Meaty and Beefy.
How about a video on forgotten Nickelodeon shows like Yakkity Yak, My Dad the Rockstar, Wayside, Angela Anaconda, Corneil and Bernie, etc
Those all just aired on Nick they didn't produce them.
Fanboy and chum chum are a hidden gem of nostalgia, also won’t tolerate the Planet sheen disrespect either.
Agreed!
Couldn't have said it better myself. Afreakingreed
I only like Fanboy & Chum Chum game shakers The Haunted Hathaways and a few others the others on the other hand you mention no comment
Talia in the kitchen wasn't that bad of a show
Almost all of these were live action.
And most of them are enjoyable like the hunted halfaways or game shakers
18:00 Nah it's wild how they turned down Adventure Time, just to make this instead 💀
Its for the better that it didn't. They would've just cancelled it after 1 or 2 seasons for not being an immediate SpongeBob success.
I feel like Sanjay and Craig is a shameless ripoff of regular show
Surprised Mr Meaty wasn't on this list lol
Including Henry danger and danger force
One of those "Forgettable Teenagers" from Studio 10 was actually Noah Grossman from Smosh! He's come a long way since then😂
I think Nick Cannon has more kids in his family then were in the audience for that show.
I personally don’t like the Fairly Oddparents: Fairly Odder, The Patrick Star Show, and Kamp Koral, because their soul purpose is to continue the legacy of an old series! 2 of which for the exact same series, and to make matters worse, that series is still running!
Same Here

I’m surprised that Henry Danger was not on the list
Honestly that show was enjoyable, at most. Danger force and adventures of kid danger really wasn't as enjoyable
@@decepticonmaster7702ok
And most of them were in the 2010’s arguably the darkest time for Nick. CN was definitely beating them with quality shows at that time. Not as bad as Disney’s shows but still.
I never got into the 2010s CN shows aside from Regular Show, and Gumball, those shows are great, the others are boring, too much story and characters driven focused content, they just turn me off.
*Fanboy and Chum Chum slander will not be obliterated.*
Planet Sheen was a disappointment.
Sanjay and Craig and bread winners were fire

Everything they have made for that last 10 years or so

My mom never let me watch Fanboy and Chum Chum and Ed, Edd n Eddy when I was a kid cause she said those shows were for idiots.
And My Dad never let me watch
Ren and Stimpy and
The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy because they were very mean-spirited
And inappropriate

Game shakers was hilarious. I liked the show
I will not tolerate

Jimmy Neutron: Operation Jet Fusion and the Jimmy Timmy Power Hours
Danny Phantom: Ultimate Enemy
My Life as a Teenage Robot: Teenage Mutant Ninja Troubles and Escape from Cluster Prime
I can’t say a best episode for TMNT 2012 as I forgot about most of the episodes and have to go back and rewatch it.
Honestly, I liked Fanboy and Chum Chum, Bucket and Skinner's Epic Adventures, and especially Supah Ninjas. I'm still mad that Supah Ninjas ended on a CLIFFHANGER! 😡
In addition, I'm surprised that the Spongebob spinoff shows and Bella and the Bulldogs didn't make the list.

I actually liked haunted hathaways awesomeness tv and game shakers
I actually liked the Fanboy and Chum Chum when I was little
I pretty much only watched Nickelodeon growing up and I even thought these shows were bad back then.

#1: Fred: The Show (2012)
Honestly Fanboy and Chum Chum was decently enjoyable. It feels oddly nostalgic nowadays for me
I bet nick is still kicking themselves for not getting adventure time
"Nick Studio 10 was hosted by forgettable teenagers" put some goddamn respect on Noah Grossman's good name
I’m surprised Fairly Odder isn’t on this list, because it should be
I knew Fred would take the number one spot. It’s more annoying than the talking orange
Yeah, you might wanna throw both Orange and Fred Fiddlecorn down the blender and see what happens. LOL
Every Cartoon in this list does not even deserve to have been aired AT ALL
It's kinda weird that some of these shows try to replicate the Ren & Stimpy formula
Agreed
I can agree fanboy and chum-chum is the worst
