Girl if it makes you feel a little bit better, I am in the exact same shoes as you right now mentally, from what it sounds like. I am in therapy and i feel like its not doing much and I feel like time is just passing me by whilst i stand still. Its a never ending cycle of that underlying sadness everyday. Some days I am genuinely happy but then it fades after a few days. I just got my hair professionally done the other day for the first time in a long time and I felt a little joyous, but then that kinda went away. But my best advice is to be grateful for the good days and the small things, and scientifically(metaphysicallyish) speaking, what you choose to constantly put your focus on, you attract. Its easier said than done especially when your brain is in constant go go go mode. But everything will be okay, It has to. That is at least what I tell myself haha. But your not alone. Kepp on keeping on
thank you! i am sorry that you can relate because this is genuinely the HARDEST thing to ever have to go through! I really do hope it will get better at some point cause ive been stuck in this for a couple years (when i was 17 things have just gotten worse from there) but been dealing with depression since i was in 6th grade. It really seems like a never ending cycle so i do hope that it will break soon so i can get a move on with my life. My mental health has taken away the ability to work and make money so i hope i can get on my feet and have the future i want! I’m right here with you though ! we’re both not alone and we will keep fighting ❤️
You look lovely...and I'm 50 and I still don't know what I'm doing ...youll get there..one day at a time xx
