- Spicy Chili Sauce
Ingredients:
*Peeled Garlic 🧄
*Fresh Thai Chilies 🌶️
*Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 🍋🟩
*Fish Sauce
*Sugar
*Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
Use a pestle and mortar to mash garlic and Thai chilies into a smooth paste, if like very spicy mash roughly leaving bigger chunks. Add cup of water and half cup fish sauce and don’t forget to taste as you go to see if you need more water or fish sauce. Add the sugar and fresh squeezed lime juice and don’t forget to taste the flavor. Lastly add the chili flakes.
Sorry if the instructions are not precise on the measurements because I never measure my ingredients. I taste as I go and alter the ingredients. Thank you for watching and cheers! - Розваги

Hi Sal! I saw some news that people got sick from shellfish poisoning over the weekend after foraging mussels off the OR coast. How do you know if it’s safe to forage? I’ve foraged last year and had no issues. This is the l same beach ppl got sick at over the weekend. I’m worried to go back again. I was planning to go in the summer.
Summer in my opinion is an awful time to go clamming because there tend to be a lot of red tides that can get you really sick. Usually I go by WDFW or ODFW to see if it’s safe to go harvest shellfish. They let you know what’s open and what’s closed down due to toxicity. And hello my friend, long time no see! Hope all is well! 😃🙏
@@washingtonlife Ok, I’ll make sure to check the toxin reports before I go! Yeah, I was planning to go earlier but had scheduling conflicts. Lol and Hello!! I haven’t been commenting as much but my son and I always watch your vids. He’s 4 and LOVES to watch Sal go foraging 😊 Your razor clam vids are his favorite
@@HappyOutdoorsPNW aw….! Tell him I said thank you! I just checked and the toxins are affecting beaches near seaside and Oceanside but it’s better if we just not go out anytime soon until it’s all clean and gone 👍
What park are you at I hope one day I meet u out there I live in Houston tx
