@@delightk Didn't have it on my s22 ultra as well. After I turned on the option to get suggested routines, the "Context" option became available and "Sleep" was under it. Maybe it will help you.
I think power saving mode in Samsung is really not that powerful. If what is written in its section (limit processor to 70%, reduce brighntess, turn off 5g and no AOD) then it does mostly nothing if you already dont have those things enabled (i dont already have AOD since i think its useless and 5g is not really that useful in a normal day) and the processor, except while gaming, is going to stay under 70% anyway. They should create some power saving mode that really can do something to everyone, like aggressive doze while idle etc.
Can you go to Discover first menu in Bixby Routines? There is a routine called Save battery at night after the adaptive routines. Do you have that? Can you check your Bixby version? Go to settings - about Bixby Routines from Bixby. I have 3.5.01.30

If i'm sleeping/or certain time at night, then my wireless charger is charging without fast charging, meaning 4 hours to full charge in my case.

i set the night time power saving between 2am and turn off at 9aam but after 9am power saving is still on ?
In the routines, I don't see the sleeping mode option in the "IF" section
