- Long layers are perfect for thick and wavy hair.
This is one of the most simple and classics ways to cut layers on long hair.
Color is made with @SubrinaProfessional permanent color group. I used 0/45 (mix tone) for the roots with 9% and ends I refreshed with Colour Drops (direct pigment that is mixable with conditioners.)

This channel is all I ever wanted! I am a technical cutter not visual or artistic cutter. This is really helpful to know exactly what am I doing each steps instead of just going in by the “looks” of the hair

0:26 Front triangle sections
0:36 Part hair down back and split section 2 cm below crown
0:52 How to divide the hair
1:00 Finding the right angle to cut
2:57 Double checking to make sure they're the same length
3:22 Brush hair down, create a middle section and angle once again
Cut in about 1/6 sections on each side

Thank you for making the extreme layering video. When my mom's hairstylist retired, we have not been able to find someone who can do her hair the way she prefers although they all say, "of course, I can do it!" And then proceed to do whatever they THINK she wants. She needs the extreme layering to give her fine hair body. That cut is EXACTLY what we've been looking for all these years and I know I can do it watching ypur videos because you are so thorough about your technique. I appreciate that you show the angles with editing and not just verbally. Otherwise, I'm like, "hold up, gotta grab a protractor for a minute!"😅
