I saw on another breakdown channel they predicted that the ambulance would have one because it’s more common now not necessarily just for pregnant women but also to pinpoint other things like how deep someone’s puncture wound is in their lung or something.

Ambulances can have ultrasound machines but it's a more recent thing. Paramedics are highly trained individuals.

Hi new sub here! I just binged this entire show this weekend for the first time and 🤯🤯10 out of 10 I’m obsessed! Yes it is normal to have a small ultrasound machine on an ambulance truck. It’s supposed to help paramedics diagnose internal bleeding.
