I wanted your tula pink w purple handles. I ended up getting the other crocodile vinyl sample u made. I thought pink/blush. It's actually same lavender from your Tula bag. I'll add my Tula to each and have 2 bags❤🎉
Hi Judy, what do you mean by top stitch the bottom? Do you mean to hold the bottom seam down? That might be a little tricky, but everything is worth a try at least once.
There's a psychological side to it. I can confirm the feeling just isn't the same when you're unpacking a dupe, compared to an authentic, handcrafted piece. For me, its like a journey; opening the package, then the box, taking off the paper, layer by layer, smelling the leather... Ahh, you just CAN'T beat that! The only problem is your wallet is a lot thinner afterwardsEven though i've experienced both scenarios, i still end up buying a luxrul .
Hi, you can use a vinyl or jeans/denim needle for the bags that involve vinyl. You don't have to close the bottom of the vinyl bag if your top is sewn using the raw edge technique Pat discussed in the video. If you decide to have a finished top edge for your bag, you just have to hand sew or whip stitch the bottom of the side you left an opening in. I hope this helps!
