Yo, what’s up Chris. I see you have been diligently answering everyone’s questions even past a year now that the video has been uploaded. You’re a GOAT man, I also had a quick question, I was looking to map my back paddles but I don’t have access to an Xbox or a PC. Is there any way to program them remotely or on Mobile? I am IOS btw.
Hey Prof! Thank you very much 😁… Yes, there is an app on the store called “Game Controller Tester Gamepad” looks like it has a list of controllers you can connect and troubleshoot with… I tried but couldn’t get mine to connect, let me know if it works for you 😁👍
Yea so that app only tells you what button is being pressed when you press it on the controller but I was looking to program the back paddles to other buttons
They can lock in place with tabs on the back of the controller. Trigger stops. You want to configure the shortest time so down would be best, try and see what works for you 😁👍
Hey Chris so the mapping doesn’t come up on the left when I click configure and I tired holding the paddle down and nothing still happened I just got the controller yesterday and the paddles just are doing anything
Hey Trey! If I remember correctly, you have to select the configuration from the right side on top of the menu. Then HOLD whichever paddle you want to map for a few seconds, the screen should notify you, then tap the button you want to map to paddle... for example, I held down my bottom right rear paddle until it is selected then pressed X. Now my paddle is also X (jump)... hope that helps :)
Hey Yoorgee! Hold the paddle down for a couple seconds and it should show an icon then you press the button you press the other button… for example I hold down the back paddle (icon displays) then press A to map it to the back
Yup you could make R2 -> B… on the format screen just hold “B” down for a couple seconds, then it should give you and option to select another (R2) in its place
So to map the buttons u hold the paddle u want to map the button to and then press for example A and that paddle will be mapped to a when I press it so in fortnite I’ll jump
Yes. Hold that paddle down for a couple seconds… you should see the mapping icon switch to a paddle icon then press whichever button you want that paddle to be (paddle -> A button) jump-shots 😁👍
@@ILovePoland1 Hey Poland! While you are inside the X box accessories app and your controller is connected navigate the menu like this... go configure -> profile -> edit ... Having a wired connection for electronics almost always produces better quality (less lag, less signal interruptions). You can buy an hdmi adapter cable that goes from your phone to your tv, it’s around 20$ online.
