My Father is 85, and could walk fine, until recently. He was in hospital for three weeks and came back unable to move his legs at all, unable to stand, unable to move in bed, unable to get from the hospital bed we have in the living room to the wheelchair which does not have detachable anything, or from the wheelchair to the commode. I have no idea where to get that yellow sheet, but the sheet idea might work. He is very heavy though. The other thing is that he has spinal metastases from his prostate cancer, so moving him hurts. My Mother and I will give the sheet idea a go though.
EVERYONE I work with just pulls the bottom sheet from the mattress and thinks it's an instant draw sheet. They then strain really hard to overcome the friction that these waterproof mattresses create. The more I complain, the more spiteful they become.
