Listening to this reminds me of the tremendous breath control Justin has.
Justin,
This song will always remind me of a girl I could have spent a lifetime with. Unfortunately it wasn' t to be, she died in my arms at age 25 from bone cancer. She did the dying, while I had to live on after. I always compared any girl I met to her, and found them wanting. Eventually I got over her and married again. But, this song will always remind me of the wonderful years we spent together, the good times we had, and how young we were. Thank you and the Moody Blues for all the music you ever performed, and ever wrote. You made a big difference in my life.
He could sing the alphabet and I would still be mesmerized. Thanks Mr. Hayward.
Same here been a moodiest fan since the 70s
@@petehenry120 Me,too.
Have loved Moody Blues music since 1970. The best part is they are just regular guys💖 Sally
My imaginary Girlfriend can fart the Alphabet, in my wildest etc.
Please add me as one who is mesmerized^^
The brilliance in this song is the opening instrumentals. You hear it and immediately know what song it is
Even as a diehard Metalhead for nearly 35 years, The Moody Blues are my favorite band ever. I look forward to these videos every week 😊
Amen...💙💙💙💙💙

Right there with you!!!
Im a mad greenday fan but no one beats the moodies and justin haywards perfect voice, 😊
One of the reasons we are not aging, this music is life!
Wonder thought....just wonderful.
So many favorites!!
How grateful I am to have lived at the same time in history as this wonderful man, who has sung the songs of my soul for the past 50 years.
My parents had the Red Rocks tape in the 90s, and more evenings than not we watched a song or two. I'm so delighted all this great Moodies content is up on UA-cam now so I can watch the songs in the evening with my kids. They frequently request Wildest Dreams. Three generations of Moodies fans!
That's what I loved about Moodies concerts there were always more that one generation of a family in the audience. Little ones singing with their parents and grandparents. Such a fantastic band
My husband (then boyfriend)turned me on to the Moody Blues. Ever since then I have loved them. We saw them in concert in San Antonio a few years ago. Marvelous as usual.
Justin what’s amazing is your voice seems to have not changed since you started, a blessing for you. I lament Linda Rhonstadt getting Parkinson’s there was no way her career should have ended then. You both came from an era where the musicians worked extremely hard, loved their fans loved their music and when you were very young your managers stole every cent they could from you. Lots of memories thank you.
This song made me aware of The Moody Blues. As I was born in 71, I was hitting high school in 85. I was a fan after that. I had to go digging back to the classic "Moodies"
I do look forward to Tuesday afternoons because my favorite singer of all time, appears on my computer providing us with a lovely story and then presenting us with one of his songs in the Night's tour. I wonder what he will bring to us this Tuesday and each Tuesday, when he announces it, I go "oh I love that song." Well once again, I did it again. It must be Groundhog Day because I heard myself saying "Oh I love that song"with much emphasis on the word "Love." Thank you Justin for making each Tuesday and wonderful Tuesday afternoon.
I do also
Colorado Red Rocks concert is my favorite.... Justin still has the fantastic inflection in his voice!
I would have loved to be there!
Mine too
Ah, young love is naive and sweet. I remember skies reflected in your eyes. Once upon a time, in your wildest dreams 💖
Thanks Justin, for keeping my Wildest Dreams alive!
Was a Moody blues fan since The Voice came out in 1981.
What could be better Justin on my birthday cheers Justin
Classicracer Uk Happy birthday!
Happy Birthday!
Trinidad LvsC Thanks had a lot of them!!!!
Sandy Carbery Cheers Sandy
Cool! and Happy Birthday to You! It will happen for me on Sept. 22. A nice BD present, isn't it.
What a joy it was to hear this pop up on the radio back in the 1980’s.That voice was unmistakable.Could it really be?All those years later and the Moodys had another hit on the charts.Loved hearing it then and love it now.
Good to hear from you, Justin! Your voice still sounds great after all these years! I love the Moody Blues and this song is a special one for sure. Thank You
Always loved this song... 67 year old fan here!!
Thank you Justin you still sound so beautiful and you're a heck of a guitarist. Been a Moodies fan since Days of Future Past. ❤ 🎶🎵🎸🎸
I agree with Lady Hecate, and may I add that this song just holds dear, beautiful memories in the 80s, with such a beautiful heartfelt song, and video that stirred up all sort of memories of the past, and even the future past if that makes sense. Thank you Moody Blues, and Justin for becoming an often revisited bookmark in my memory which I will always treasure.
Loving the "look back." This song was important here for so many reasons & continues to be a favorite.
I’ve been a fan since the 60s. Thank you Justin for decades of memories.
Same here. Have seen them multiple times as a band and now with Justin and his smaller group. Glad to see them all happy and fulfilled as now put together by him. He found a way to do this in a way that suites him and satisfies his fans.
What a voice! And still handsome as ever! Saw you at Sun City, South Africa in 1995, fourth row from the front. Unforgettable! Thank you for still singing!
Such an underrated guitarist. . . still love your music.
Thank you Justin and the Moody Blues for all the deeply felt music you've created for us all. You are a treasure
Awesome song from Justin always…miss you all, grew up with you….70 yrs old..Truly Love you all❤️❤️
Rock and roll is a young man's game, but Justin wrote this song when he was about 40. Just goes to show how timeless the Moody Blues are.
One would argue that Rock and Roll is an old man's game. On this album Justin and other members of MB were thinking outside the box. One disgruntled member said, "This isn't a Moodies album," and that made me happy. When the album rapidly up the charts that member changed his mind and I was asked to produce two more.
I really hadn't listened to any recent performances until today. Wow, he still sounds great. I love this song; reminds me of being a kid.
Perfection from The Maestro! Thank you for all the delicious treats, Justin!
interesting to see Mike playing the bass parts on the six string electric. Julie and Karmen add so much to Justin's show.
Hello from Florida 🌴 I've been listening to The Moody Blues all my life . I Really love all Your Music especially Forever Autumn ! I love you Brotherman 👍 cheers 🍺
Oh, this amazing song...
Only Justin truly knows what was in his heart and mind in creating it, and the journey it took him on. But yes, I can also relate to it even now, and wonder, as Justin alluded to, what happened and what could have been...
I was eighteen when this song came out, and already a die hard Moodies’ fan. “The Other Side of Life” tour was the first one I scrimped and saved for, and would devote weeks of my school summers to “the sound I had to follow” on tours. And I was a latecomer back then! Ah, youth.
(Ah, the fifteen dollar general admission tickets, for which you had to strip off your shoes to run for the front of the stage, and then get sunburnt waiting for the concert. Worth it!)
This song just makes me feel, and remember, being young for so many reasons.
Thank you for it. ♥️
Tuesday's treat!! Moody Blues one of my all time favorite groups😊💝
Thank you Justin.
Oh Justin.... WHAT A VOICE, WHAT A TALENT...........ALL THESE YEARS............GOOSEBUMBS...STILL ♡
Exhilarating and curiously provocative song. I especially enjoy Justin’s intro commentaries & reflections
I've lived in Canada since 1978 but as a schoolboy growing up in Wiltshire, I recall driving into Swindon and having Justin's parental home pointed out to me as we passed by on Groundwell Road. The Moody Blues were my favourite band and listening to their hits of those days evokes so many happy memories.
The Moody Blues were and are still my favorite band. I know they’re not together anymore but I can watch their music videos on UA-cam. I’m an American and I’ve loved them since the 1960’s.
My mom and dad listened to you all so much, I was born singing The Moody Blues. Thank you for being part of my journey.
This version was so~~~ good.
Listening to this song no matter how old it gets & I get it always makes me feel older than what I already am. (I'm a Millennial in case if some of you are wondering.)
My favorite song of all time.
The fact that you can pull this off with a small band and still sound fabulous is a testament to great song writing plus top notch musicianship from all of you. I've been a fan ever since you were new to USA radio way back when. Thanks for the many years of excellent tunes and making the world a better place.
My wildest dream would be having coffee or tea with Justin for one hour . ☕🍵
My very favourite MB song, I adore Justin Hayward. I hope he lives forever! 🤗😎😍
I inherited a love for Moody Blues :) My mother loved you since she was a teenager. She passed away in 2013, but listening to your music brings back fond memories of listening to you WITH her all my life. Her absolute favorite Justin Hayward song was Forever Autumn, and that was hard to listen to for a while. But now I just listen and remember :)
One of the best songs ever
ONE OF THING'S I LOVE ABOUT JUSTIN IS THAT HE ALWAYS GIVES CREDIT TO THOSE WHO SO LOVINGLY DESERVE IT.....I DON'T CARE MUCH FOR EDGE....HE'S SO EGOTISTICAL.....LOVE THE MOODY BLUE'S....🙏😇💞👽🌠
I remember seeing the Moody Blues in Jacksonville FL in 1978 with my mom .thank you for all the years of unbelievable music . God bless 👍🍺
Every good fans deserves this tuesdays afternoons. 👏👏
I just love this song since the very first time I heard it. It brings tears to my eyes every time. My ultimate time of the year has always been autumn. The foliage doesn’t brilliantly change colors in Texas. Virgie of Texas.
Only two left now Bring back Blue Jays!!
ALWAYS been my favorite Moodys song.
My "Wildest Dream" came to pass when i saw Justin in York on my birthday 9th July 2015. Awesome night and this version is awesome too. Thank you Justin
This song and album is what got me hooked on the beautiful and masterpiece songs of the Moody Blues. So glad I was able to discover the Moody Blues in my youth and able to pass it on to my daughters.
Once upon a time, that we always still seem to find. Another great one Mr. Hayward. A lot of talent, work, greatness, and maybe a little bit of God given fate, that may be seen as luck. So great to hear this side of life.
Justin you are still playing and singing that great music. Unbelievable. I love watching you and listening to all your videos.
Simply Delightful! Again thanks for this post Justin.
I had a front row seat at the Melbourne, FL show where all these performances were recorded. The Moodys, and especially Justin, have been favorites of mine since their earliest days. Thanks so much for continuing to share your amazing musical gifts.
I LOVE JUSTIN HAYWARD! His beautiful voice like no other...I've loved him for 50 years.....he brings such joy to my life when I listen to his music....its just sooooo beautiful..
Thank you, Justin. I so look forword to Tuesdays.
Who don’t the Moody Blues👍👍👍
Been a fan of Justin Hayward and the Moody Blues for as long as I can remember. And thanks to going to see Justin on tour, I learned about Mike Dawes who is also an incredible guitarist/musician. Thank you for all the music over all of these years.
The absolute love of my life was born on your birthday & he looked just like you. Everytime I heard the Moody Blues on the radio, I thought of him. This song though reminded me because we didn't make it as a couple.
Played beautifully. This song leaves a touch of curiosity in it's story. It's a favorite.
Amazing! These live versions don't always sound great but this is superb. Wonderful back-up singers, too. The women's voices give this a different, pleasing flavor.
Thank you Mr. Hayward for for your fantastic music and melody
Let there be songs to fill the air! Thanks Justin et.al.
Fantastic!!! This shows that old people still have something to contribute. Thanks!
Love those Moodies!
A shining star especially when the world of today is in need of so much goodness and, magic! Thank you, Justin. Keep healthy, safe and happy.

"once upon a time, once when you were mine" . Always reminds me of my first love.

Wow! The tour was great, but these performances had to be the crowning moments. Lucky for us, that this show was captured (and beautifully so)! Every song so far is a joy to behold, and one can’t help but smile along with all of you. I look forward to YWD in every show. The song always feels like an old friend.
Nancy DiNardo....well put

Fantastic. A song that is universal, yet deeply personal. It resonates for so many and performed superbly by Justin and his group here. Lucky to have seen it in the last show here , performed in the states. Thank you.
I was there too Sam. It was fab.
Saw him in 2017 at Jones Beach.. Still kicked ass
Fantastic and Julie’s voice sounds wonderful with Justin’s.💕💕

Once upon a time in your Wildest dreams, I think I was there, when the music plays, when the words are touched with sorrow, I wonder and I hear the sound I had to follow, and I remember skies reflected in your eyes in your Wildest dreams 🤩
Cried hearing this at 12 hoping I would get to feel real love in my life and still crying at 41 because I never got that blessing
Very cool. Gotta love The Moody Blues 🎸
1970 At Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo California.. Cold Blood opened. The very best of memories, a concert I shall never forget. Thank you . Stellar days that are sadly gone.

So much feeling, along with an incredible voice, brought tears today. We're living in such a crazy time. Thank you for being in my life, although only through media. But, so wonderful to hear, see and remember. 🙂💕
Beautiful song and a simple splendid music video to go with it. What great music we had growing up in the 80s.
Justin you still the man with this epic song.....................................
