To answer your questions: -I believe Krillin can't fly at this point, actually, I think he only learned it when he trained with Kami. So since this takes place before Raditz arrives... -Kami has indeed fought before! He fought Yajirobe, Yamcha and Piccolo at the World Martial Arts Tournament with Piccolo Jr.
+YossarianVanDriver Actually Krillen is the first of Goku's friends that learns how to fly (not including Tenshinhan and Chiaozu), as he teaches himself during dragonball and uses it against Piccolo in the World Martial Arts Tournament
Flying requires a huge power or stamina use, it's why Goku uses Nimbus early on in Z. Once the fighters get around Raditz's level it becomes less of an issue but when Goku flys back from snake way he eats a senzu bean, granted that was 1,000,000 kilometer flight. Actually now that I think about it snake way wasn't straight but even so it was still quite a distance.

This movie was put together long after TFS started DBZ Abridged. They did another Dead Zone back before the Abridged Series started, but it was way different from this one. From what I know, Goku was an asshole dad and not mentally damaged, and Gohan was just a dumbass. I don't know much else about it, and I don't want to, to be honest.
I don't know if anybody explained this Eric but the reason Garlic Jr. knows Goku is because Goku won the World's Martial Arts Tournament against Piccolo. since in this world it is a big deal it would stand to reason he heard of him since Goku made it to the finals three times in a row.
So...timeline. 1. This movie is the first and therefor came out during the start of DBZ. It makes no sense regarding to the timeline, since Krilin and Bulma know Gohan, but were surprised on seeing him in episode 1, and there is no gap in time for this to happen before Goku dies and Gohan trains with Piccolo. Like any movie, it basically takes place in a parallel universe, and with that explanation, you can put it before the arrival of Radditz. 2. Now the more interesting aspect: Why did Team Four Star put it out now? For Episode 31? Maybe...but there is another explanation. Because they actually did this movie twice. They first made the first two movies kinda as a test run for DBZ Abridged, with vastly different characterizations. And they were...well...Episode 1 was kinda wonky, and the movies are actually kinda bad, though with some giggles. They weren't considered canon, when they started DBZ Abridged, but were still out there, so the first movie they made for the show proper actually was movie 3 - Tree of Might. They made a reference to the first version in this movie, though. An...odd joke in their first attempt was about some item called a "Douche Bag", which name got thrown around a lot. That's why Cinnamon (it was Cinnamon, right) called Goku a Douche Bag, when he died.
+Jack Stamper I suppose in theory you could say he suffered amnesia when that big chunk of debris hit him on the head. But that's digging into the weeds.
+Shadow Raikou Actually, that's the funny thing. The movies abridged aren't considered canon, yet the main abridged series treat them as canon (i.e. Frieza mentioning Cooler, the Toriyama bird making a comeback, etc.).
Well, losely so. Abridged Piccolo didn't steal Gohan because of this movie, what Cooler said after seeing Goku fly by changed between Bardock and Return of Cooler, Vegeta saw the action AS a movie in Lord Slug and specifically mentions the action being not canon in Tree of Might...
+Shadow Raikou I like to think that DBS is the non canon one (at least with their interpretation of the movies anyway) because I liked the fact that the heroes had years of peace before Beerus shows up and that the movies make Tarble canon and I want him to be canon because he's ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!
Deadzone is one of the first DBZ movies. The creators weren't really sure what they'd be doing for the movies at that point, and so this one actually sort of fits into the timeline before Raditz. The only issue is the surprise shown by everyone in the beginning of Z that Goku has a Gohan.
btw the fact that he wished to live forever screwed him over the most. now he has to live in the dead zone forever cause he's unable to die of old age. Karma!
actually garlics father was in competition with kami when he was fused with piccolo to be guardian of the earth and after kami cast out piccolo and won garlics father was angry and attacked he was beaten I cant remember if he was killed or cast to the dead zone to
In this case, a wish for immortality seems to imply that you are unable to die(a valid interpretation, even if it isn't technically accurate), which would greatly decrease the difficulty of acquiring the dragon balls, allowing for much easier wishes and even more power.
Garlic's plan was to take over Kame's throne. Garlics father fought Kame for it and lost. Then he went mad and tried to overrun the Earth. To stop him, Kame sent him to the Deadzone. Thus, Garlic's plan to put everyone in it at the end.
I think this was actually the only movie that does fit into the timeline. You can place it right before Raditz arriving, between Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z.
But Krillin already knows Gohan in this movie, so it would have to take place between Goku introducing his son to the Z Warriors and when Raditz shows up, which is literally like a 5 minute window.
will you be reacting to star wars rebels probably a silly question cause your star wars fans and you reacted to the first episode of season 2. will you be reacting to rebels recons and still doing the q&a too keep up the great work guys
Okay so I JUST realized I'm even dumber than Goku is because I just got the "Huh, for a moment there I coulda sworn he was about to yell out spaghetti or something" line. I always thought "Oh this is just Goku being dumb" but no, it's because the henchmen yelled out food before getting bigger. I feel like an idiot lmao
Looks like you guys have got the episode guidelines sorted. Another extra TFS video(s) you guys should watch would be the 2014 Halloween Special. They did one back in 2008 as well (which you can watch now that you've already finished season 1). If you do watch the 2014 one though, you can only watch it AFTER episode 45 as it involves a certain main villain...
hello in here to see the fresh reactions on new peoples faces, and for some clarification.....this movie is the transition movie from DB to DBZ it is the very first one and takes place right after piccolos defeat not death.........that is why goku says that joke to piccolo in 17:05. but keep up the good work, also, what are you writing down over there in that there pad?
I think Dead Zone took place before the beginning of Dragon Ball Z, as they haven't faced the Saiyans yet, Goku hasn't learned the Kaioken or Spirit Bomb, and this one is when Gohan was continuing reading Huckleberry Finn, and stuff like that.
Hey guys, just wondering when you are going to do the first Cooler movie, the second one is about half the android saga, but the first one around episode 31 - 32. Love your reaction videos!
"I think this is before Raditz showed up" Yeah, though that directly contradicts Gohan being introduced to the group at the beginning of Z considering Krillin already met him in this movie. A reviewer In watched some years ago put it best: "You could say that the movies play in an alternate timeline as they just don’t fit into the main story... which is a fancy way of saying the creators didn’t care because they knew it would sell anyway"
Guys, The dead zone takes place RIGHT after Namek. It's part of the series. Right after Freiza ends the Dead Zone happens and then Trunks arrives from the future. This mini series was just some filler where Gohan is the Focus for once. Wait, my bad I'm confusing the Dead Zone for the Garlic Jr. in the series.
One quick request: Right before TFS started, some of their crew did a Dead Zone and World's Strongest Abridged. I believe they called themselves Neighborhood Cluck Productions at the time. If you can find those two, you should react to them and compare how their style has changed from their first attempt to this one.
*Here are my personal top five Dragonball related movies & specials. What are yours? Feedback is welcome:* *1. History of Trunks-* In my opinion the best example of meaningful narrative, compelling backstory, and heart breaking drama in the franchise. Many fans hate on future Trunks, but I consider him one of the best developed protagonists, the "super saiyan samurai". My favorite version of Gohan was in this too, which still makes me want to cry when he dies. What's most unique about this take on DBZ is its tragic plot that doesn't have a happy ending but still allows a hint of hope. *2. Broly the Legendary Super Saiyan-* Undoubtedly one of the most bad*ss antagonists, hardcore soundtracks, and epic series of fight scenes. Broly is the super saiyan Hulk, and the Z-fighters are like the unlucky Avengers who have to survive him. While its plot is formulaic and Broly's origin not very well fleshed out, the buildup to the third act is definitely worth it. *3. Resurrection F-* While a followup to Battle of Gods, this film can stand on its own even if it's largely fan service. Frieza was always my favorite DBZ baddie, and the group facing him again (third time in canon) is great. There's excellent action, a huge number of villains, and many Z-fighters battling together. Even Krillin and Master Roshi got to shine! Vegeta finally bringing a sweet beating on Frieza made me cheer, though I felt that the ending played things too safe. Overall, predictable but fun. *4. Return of Cooler-* Robots taking over New Namek, Cooler revived as a nearly invincible android, a planet eating "death star", SS Goku and Vegeta teaming up, there's obviously a lot to like here! Yes, it is a huge stretch to bring a villain back. And yes, a DBZ movie with two super saiyans isn't that big of a deal compared to later ones. Still, I consistently enjoy it. *5. Wrath of the Dragon-* A mild guilty pleasure for me. On one hand, Tapion doesn't offer much as a new character, and the whole silly plot is basically an excuse for the heroes to tackle a giant monster. Regardless, it's the first film to take place in the five year gap after the Kid-Buu saga, features all of the most powerful Z-fighters, and is one of only three films to show off SS-3. It also adds an interesting, if confusing explanation for how Trunks got his famous blade. It's a solid DBZ popcorn flick.
I like Wrath of the Dragon because it featured a villian that was actually difficult for ssj3 gotenks, goku, vegeta, and Ultimate Gohan. Not gonna lie, I loved the part with the Dragonfist.
travis oliver Same here, even if the Dragon Fist technique came out of nowhere with no real explanation. Did Goku learn it from Shenron, from Kami before he merged with Piccolo, or when he was dead? Who cares, it's a freakin' DRAGON! Also, it is fun to pull off in Budokai Tenkaiichi 3 (my favorite DBZ game).
Why doesn't goku use dragon fist he last used it in dragon ball not dragon ball z and he did use it in a movie and when is he going to use it Anahi's that move could have been useful for example goku black
Fire Ball33 When did he use it in Dragonball? I own the manga and don't remember seeing Goku fire an energy-dragon from his fist? The closest I remember to that is when an image of a Great Ape appeared in his aura as he punched through Demon King Piccolo.
The red stick, nyoibo, is a cool stuff, but is also a link to "the paradise" (kami's place), so Goku can't have it (not sure) but things like this happens in dragon ball movies, things like...Broly
So about the timeline: Krillin hasn’t met Gohan at the start of Z, so this movie (where Krillin meets Gohan) takes place after that. Raditz shows up at the same scene that Krillin first meets Gohan in Z, and immediately gets Goku killed. This movie takes place before that. Clearly impossible. So this is an alternate universe where all this happens before an alternate start of Z. I imagine that in the main timeline, this movie happens a few days before the start of Z, and basically everything’s the same except Krillin doesn’t show up. Goku’s Power Bo might have been snapped too as a result of the balance shift, hence why he doesn’t use it in Z (though that’s more likely because he trained without it in the afterlife). Besides that: None of the Z fighters (except possibly Piccolo? Idk) can fly at this point. Goku learns after the start of the Namek saga (remember he falls when Nimbus doesn’t catch him), while Gohan and Krillin knew how by the time they reached Namek, having probably trained on the journey there. Vegeta could always fly, and he probably inspired them all to learn in the first place.
So, do you guys ever plan to watch the original version of this? They abridged the first two movies before they officially formed TFS and started to abridge the series. This is a re-abridging made to celebrate getting a million subs
Just to clarify some of the stuff that wasn't (apparently) clear to the guys and *yes* various other comments cover all of it. Don't care? Feel free to skip the rest of this comment and have a nice day: 1) All but the most recent DBZ films are non-canon as far as the manga or anime. As such, this film doesn't actually fit the timeline proper because Goku introduces Gohan to Bulma, Krillin, and Master Roshi at the same time... a few minutes before Raditz shows up to confront Goku for the first time at Kame House. Easiest to treat this as an alternate timeline where Goku showed off his son a bit sooner or Raditz showed up a bit later or some change to that effect. Either way, before 99.9 to 100% of Dragon Ball Z, but after all of Dragon Ball had resolved. 2) Garlic Jr. likely knows of Goku because Goku and Piccolo faced each other in the finals of the premier martial arts tournament, which is reported on (if not broadcast) around the world. Goku was the runner-up the previous two years as well. The only reason Goku isn't more famous is because of how he lives (and because the story calls for it to be that way). 3) As later explained in the real and DBZA versions of the film, Garlic Jr.'s father was a rival to the Namekian we know as "Kami" for the position of god (guardian) of earth. Yes, I know that the title literally means "god", but the Japanese notion of "God" tends to be a bit different from even the confused pop-culture idea of "God" you'd find in Europe, Australia, the USA, etc. So I'm cheating and using the dubbism to give a better idea of Kami's actual role; other gods in the series handle things like judging soles, nurturing creation, destroying problems, etc. 4) Though the 4-Star Ball is a trouble magnet, it is also Goku's main memento of his grandfather, Gohan. At least the first time, when Goku is the strongest fighter on the planet (having just beaten Piccolo), and being unaware of all the non-terrestrial threats they'd face in the future, letting Gohan's namesake wear it. 5) *Goku cannot fly unaided yet!* Neither can Krillin nor Gohan. Not sure about Piccolo. at this point in the real canon, only Tien and Chaotzu of the DBZ crew know how to fly unaided. Goku has to use the Flying Nimbus to get around by air. 6) The paradoxically wonderful and terrible thing about the DBZA film adaptations is they'll take some of the worst films and make them glorious! This is one of the few DBZ films that I saw before the Abridged version, and the original is just "okay" (maybe not even that by now). This version? This makes even the disposable minions fun!
Dead Zone takes place before the Saiyan Saga. The only amendment you have to make for the canon is Goku's friends know about Gohan. That's it really lol Also TFS didn't do this, but many members of it did already do both Dead Zone and Worlds Strongest way before they started the Main DBZA series. That's where the "Douchebag" joke comes from. Also "Zap Zap, Burr & Blub Blub (Blub Blub)" in Worlds Strongest came from a joke in the original version of the Abridged.
5:49 - for anyone that didn't get that joke. Fanny in England is another term for pussy, MasakoX who does the voice for Goku is English so i am guessing it was him who came up with this joke ha?
They use nimbus every once in awhile because I think back in dragon Ball they said if the nimbus isn't used it would sort of die or something and a another reason is to give goku and his son the look of pure because to ride nimbus you got to be pure of heart or its something that the creators didn't want to see go.
If your going to watch coolers revenge, the best time might be right after episode 34. The movies timelines are screwed up, but basically it takes place during the 3 years the Z fighters are training for the androids so right after episode 34 might work best.
To be fair, at this point in time. Goku was legitimately the strongest, fastest, living being on Earth. No one on Earth could have stolen Gohan or the Dragon Ball at that time(this movie isn't canon) and Raditz clearly was an unknown, from space.
I always thought that a wish for JUST immortality was really stupid. I mean…if you're really weak, what good will immortality do? All it means is that you'll get your ass kicked for all eternity. Not to mention, we don't know if this is PERFECT immortality. As in the full package, like Fujiwara no Mokou from Touhou Project. I mean, she regenerates any injury, maintains her youth forever, and basically respawns from being dead. But what does DBZ immortality entail? With the wisher still maintain their youthful strength? After all, you're no threat as a shriveled up prune. I mean…wouldn't it make SIGNIFICANTLY more sense to wish for complete invulnerability to harm?
Not in the slightest. If you wished for invulnerability, you wouldn't be able to cut your hair or nails because they'd be invulnerable. However, if you wished for immortality as, say, a Sayian, then even if you do get blasted into confetti over and over, you'll just get stronger and stronger each time you regenerate, assuming you get a healing factor, which you should, either by specifying it be combined with unaging/undying or making a second wish on the Dragon Balls next year for a proper healing factor. ...Actually, come to think of it, even if you aren't Sayian, you could just make a third wish to get your own Zenkai boost analogue. ...Actually, you could use the third go to just cut out the middle man and wish for a Super Sayian form, so you're now stupid strong atop being immortal and regenerating.
Dragon Ball Super introduced an actual immortal being named Zamasu. When he gets hit by Goku or Vegeta he basically just gets back up, no physical damage done. However, he was able to be destroyed by an overwhelming force, so immortal beings in the Dragonball universe can still be defeated.
The movie Deadzone was released before the beginning of dragon ball Z. If you noticed the story is very similar to Raditz mini arc.. an alien appears and steals Gohan and Goku has to team up with Piccolo and blah blah. The purpose of this movie was to introduce Garlic Jr as the main villain of the first season. They ended up using the Saiyans (fortunately!)
not entirely sure on that, but i think goku abd krillin couldn't fly until the fight against vegeta and nappa. before that the only characters who could were tien and picollo. that's also why son-goku used that cloud thingy to fly to his fight with raditz, and why he didn't fly to king kai and instead walked all the way to him. or for that matter, why he didn't just fly back up when he fell down to hell and instead did the whole snake way thing again from start.
***** well, yes and no. i admit, i forgot a lot about dragonball, but i just checked and it's kind of a fifty fifty deal. yes, goku could indeed fly before the point i mentioned, i think he did it the first time during the original db final, in his fight with picollo, but he was very, very bad at it and could only use it for very, very short distances at best, not to mention that it drained a lot of energy. that's also why he's still mostly using jindujun for flying at this point. it wasn't until his training on king kai's that he fully mastered it and could freely fly around, so i guess i'm somewhat right.... maybe?
+YossarianVanDriver he isn't shown flying in DB(at least in the manga) but he must have known how when he was in the air and landed the crushing blow on Piccolo in the state he was in. I'm pretty sure Nimbus was faster than Goku's flying speed and that's why he used it to fly to the saiyan battles. he even asks Piccolo "are you sure you can keep up?" when referring to the cloud.
So someone told me Cooler's Revenge should be watched between 34 and 35 (so long as it's before 40, I know for sure), I know Return of Cooler should be between 42 and 43. Episode of Bardock doesn't really need a timeline. Then there's just History of Trunks, right?
This movie is the raddits fight. Just the movie version. Every movie represent an arc. Revenge of cooler is the Frieza arc. Bojack is cell tournament. World strongest is the Saiyan arc,
If you want to see Kami fight then watch the last martial arts tournament in DB. At least I think that its the last one, in any case its the one where Goku and Pico meet and fight.
Also because it travels at the speed of sound, at this point goku didn't go at that speed, the fastest he is able to go is light speed but that requires ssgss
Just so you guys know. Garlic Jr is filler. Lots of filler stuff don't make sense. All the pre Battle of Gods movies are also not canon to the Toriyama verse. So there are stuff in them that don't add up. Like timelines.
+Kaiser well technically the specials arent movies but since bardock and trunks movies were so good akira the writer himself who didnt come up with them or had any part of them said he wishes he could write stories that compelling and he said they are canon...hey broly should be canon ...since he is such a popular villain and since it fits timeline and story wise....its durring the ten days before the cell games and it makes perfect sense
Actually, they aren't canon. Toriyama himself has written the chapter Dragon ball minus in the Jaco manga. DB Minus retcons the Bardock special and gives a new backstory to the saiyans. he even introduced Goku's mother in that story, Gine.
If Eric though piccolo was a demon then he clearly did not pay attention in dragon ball, when describing king piccolo for the very first time master roshi very explicitly stated that he was a alien, it's also mentioned a couple more times.
Garlic and hid father were not killed by Goku, Garlic know Goku because of his strength. Also, the "story" non very canon should take place before Raditz arrival.
This movie takes place in the five minutes between Goku telling his friends at Kame house that he has a kid and Raditz showing up. Seeing as Krillin already knows Gohan and Piccolo is still an enemy.

Me too 😂
Hmm.
The Dragon Ball z movies has always been a middle finger for timelines..
Well that's because they are non-canon.
Deadzone is the worst offender. All movies kiiiiiinda fit inbetween other episodes. If they left Krillin out of the movie, it would have fit nicely.
@@Predated2 Dead Zone is definitely not the worst offender. Tree of Might for one is WAYYY worse considering half the Z Warriors are Dead when it's supposed to take place. I'd also say that Return of Cooler and Super Android 13 are both WAYYY worse than this in terms of canonical placement too.

billytheafroman Oh, really? Huh. Still, before the end of the saiyan saga they still were a lot faster walking than flying.
Krillin could fly in the final season of Dragon Ball. He showed it off when he fought Piccolo.

While that can be true, it really depends on the anime you watch.

Along with Goku defeating King Piccolo.

*****
I know, I'm just...
Saiyan.
Krillin also point that out in the first abridged episode, but Goku was all "I'm the strongest, who cares?"
4:10 FYI Gohan is how one might say "lunch" in Japanese.
Karma!
actually garlics father was in competition with kami when he was fused with piccolo to be guardian of the earth and after kami cast out piccolo and won garlics father was angry and attacked he was beaten I cant remember if he was killed or cast to the dead zone to
+edwin bray ok yeah the video answered my question he's in the dead zone to
Piccolo is so damn awesome in the movies. Can be so freaking brutal and finish guys off.
Everyone really needs to question why every bad guy thinks Immortal = All Powerful... Immortality means you're still the same, you just don't die!
In this case, a wish for immortality seems to imply that you are unable to die(a valid interpretation, even if it isn't technically accurate), which would greatly decrease the difficulty of acquiring the dragon balls, allowing for much easier wishes and even more power.
Actually King Piccolo knows that he would be eternally young ruling the world.
@@basedimperialism Yeah you right.
Anyone else think Garlic Jr. sounds like Frieza? Lol
will you be reacting to star wars rebels probably a silly question cause your star wars fans and you reacted to the first episode of season 2. will you be reacting to rebels recons and still doing the q&a too keep up the great work guys
15:11 it's actually really funny because that's what Goku actually said in DBZ lol
I love how they used the theme from the original Dragon Ball during one of the fights.
hello in here to see the fresh reactions on new peoples faces, and for some clarification.....this movie is the transition movie from DB to DBZ it is the very first one and takes place right after piccolos defeat not death.........that is why goku says that joke to piccolo in 17:05. but keep up the good work, also, what are you writing down over there in that there pad?
What are you guys writing down? I always see that note pad sitting there.
+Blind Wave Ahh it all makes since now, thanks for the reply.
+Celtic Wind did you reply you self
+Blind Wave Yet you still manage to talk through a fair chunk of the video.
+seigeengine To be fair, it's mostly little comments.
my favorite line is when goku says, "Lets go han Gohome".
Oh shit, the bit at 13:23 was shown in the opening credits of dbz when I was a kid and I never knew where it was from until now
I think Dead Zone took place before the beginning of Dragon Ball Z, as they haven't faced the Saiyans yet, Goku hasn't learned the Kaioken or Spirit Bomb, and this one is when Gohan was continuing reading Huckleberry Finn, and stuff like that.
Hey guys, just wondering when you are going to do the first Cooler movie, the second one is about half the android saga, but the first one around episode 31 - 32.
Love your reaction videos!
"I think this is before Raditz showed up"
Yeah, though that directly contradicts Gohan being introduced to the group at the beginning of Z considering Krillin already met him in this movie.
Feedback is welcome:*
Damn right Cooler's in the top 5.
The closest I remember to that is when an image of a Great Ape appeared in his aura as he punched through Demon King Piccolo.
its one way unless a certain star is close to the earth from what I understand
The red stick, nyoibo, is a cool stuff, but is also a link to "the paradise" (kami's place), so Goku can't have it (not sure) but things like this happens in dragon ball movies, things like...Broly
So about the timeline:
Krillin hasn’t met Gohan at the start of Z, so this movie (where Krillin meets Gohan) takes place after that.
Besides that:
None of the Z fighters (except possibly Piccolo? Idk) can fly at this point. Goku learns after the start of the Namek saga (remember he falls when Nimbus doesn’t catch him), while Gohan and Krillin knew how by the time they reached Namek, having probably trained on the journey there. Vegeta could always fly, and he probably inspired them all to learn in the first place.
The reason why Gohan wears a dragon ball on his head is the same reason why people where diamond rings on their fingers
Since when can diamonds summon immortal dragons that can grant wishes?
So, do you guys ever plan to watch the original version of this? They abridged the first two movies before they officially formed TFS and started to abridge the series. This is a re-abridging made to celebrate getting a million subs
Aaron Coggins I know this Message is old as hell but honestly the OG abridged movies were really really really bad
The deadzone is a one-way, if you get sucked in, your trapped for all of eternity, and it is garlic jr.'s biggrst downfall since he got sucked in
finally we can move on to episodes. the next one will be the best one
Just to clarify some of the stuff that wasn't (apparently) clear to the guys and *yes* various other comments cover all of it. Don't care? Feel free to skip the rest of this comment and have a nice day:
1) All but the most recent DBZ films are non-canon as far as the manga or anime.
That's it really lol
Also TFS didn't do this, but many members of it did already do both Dead Zone and Worlds Strongest way before they started the Main DBZA series. That's where the "Douchebag" joke comes from. Also "Zap Zap, Burr & Blub Blub (Blub Blub)" in Worlds Strongest came from a joke in the original version of the Abridged.
You know he could have said peppermint patties
Garlic jr:OH YEAH!? WHAT IS A FOUR YEAR OLD GONNA DO TO STOP ME!? Garlic jr: -dead-
Garlic's henchmen stealing Goku's kid and beating his wife up resembles John Wick chapter 1.
You should have seen Kami fighting before hahah. If you watched Dragon Ball :))
That Freddy Krueger sweater is dope
Gohan is freakin adorable
So all the Z movies are non-canon
That's why the timelines don't make sense
Will you be reacting to Hellsing Abridged any time soon?
I was rewatching and thinking where would this fall in that
5:49 - for anyone that didn't get that joke.
I thought that dead zone took place before raditz got to earth.
It did
It's not canon due to contradictions
Gavin Allerton I know that its non canon. But it does take place atleast a week before Raditz came to earth.
I think it technically is canon since Garlic junior shows up in the actual show
some of the movies are canon, like battle of gods and resurrection F
S.Agent Gadriel so... your buuhan
The dead zone is a one way portal you can't control ur body inside of it
Kami actually did do some fighting in the last saga of Dragonball.
They ended up using the Saiyans (fortunately!)
nappa is techniclaly alive now so....
(At 3:33) Christmas Abridged Special, (Naruto, Berserk, & Yu Yu Hakusho) Santa Douche
13:40 (double facepalm) they talked during one of the best parts
not entirely sure on that, but i think goku abd krillin couldn't fly until the fight against vegeta and nappa. before that the only characters who could were tien and picollo. that's also why son-goku used that cloud thingy to fly to his fight with raditz, and why he didn't fly to king kai and instead walked all the way to him. or for that matter, why he didn't just fly back up when he fell down to hell and instead did the whole snake way thing again from start.
+Shadow Raikou Well, Goku had already trained with Kami by this point, Krillin hadn't, so maybe that's where they learned to fly.
+YossarianVanDriver (It's clarified in the Piccolo Jr. arc but it's been a long time since I've watched that.)
***** well, yes and no. i admit, i forgot a lot about dragonball, but i just checked and it's kind of a fifty fifty deal. yes, goku could indeed fly before the point i mentioned, i think he did it the first time during the original db final, in his fight with picollo, but he was very, very bad at it and could only use it for very, very short distances at best, not to mention that it drained a lot of energy. that's also why he's still mostly using jindujun for flying at this point.
it wasn't until his training on king kai's that he fully mastered it and could freely fly around, so i guess i'm somewhat right.... maybe?
***** Gojira? Gojira?! Oh, Godzirra, oh.
Uh oh Garlic Jr just went SSJ grade 3 on them
So someone told me Cooler's Revenge should be watched between 34 and 35 (so long as it's before 40, I know for sure), I know Return of Cooler should be between 42 and 43. Episode of Bardock doesn't really need a timeline. Then there's just History of Trunks, right?
AKami fought during the 23rd tournement as the human dude.
+jetpaq Team Koala! :D
Decoratortax8 woot woot!!! lol
jetpaq lol
BEAR FAM
In Dragon Ball, does being Immortal also imply that someone is also invincible?
It seems to.
I always kind of considered Dead Zone to be a prequel to the DBZ series.
Anyone know where to find one of those apples? 😂 Jk
This movie is the raddits fight. Just the movie version. Every movie represent an arc. Revenge of cooler is the Frieza arc. Bojack is cell tournament. World strongest is the Saiyan arc,
kami fought a couple times in the end tournament in dragon ball
Thanks!
Damn piccolo was such a bad ass.
They also call back to the film sky Gina with Mr. Satan
ayeee my boi Gohan use the Spirit Bomb to defeat garlic Jr.
Just say no to apples, kids.
you guys never watched dragon ball did you?
Calvin, on the right, hasn't. He hasn't seen anything Dragonball before DBZA. As for Eric, on the left, he just has shit memory
no kaio ken, no special beam cannon. Overlooking the fact that Krillen knows about Gohan, this seems just pre Raditz timeline.
They atually revealed that king piccolo was an alien on his first apperance.
Garlic is an albino Namekian😂
YES POWER POLE IM SO HAPPY
These guys look like a alternative version of Seth Rogen and James Franco
If you want to see Kami fight then watch the last martial arts tournament in DB. At least I think that its the last one, in any case its the one where Goku and Pico meet and fight.
Goku uses his cloud because it saves energy. He wants to save his energy for the fight.
Also because it travels at the speed of sound, at this point goku didn't go at that speed, the fastest he is able to go is light speed but that requires ssgss
@@legendofsonic3979 you are completely right. but he very soon RUNS faster than sound pretty early in Dragon ball Z.
React to Super Power Beat Downs! c: The Joker & Harley Quinn & DeadPool vs Domino
Well when you go around calling your self demon king piccolo
furydeath true but that might have been a drubbing mistake but I'm not 100% sure on that.
Are we all gonna just ignore the fact that this proves raditz is actually stronger than garlic jr?
Garlic and hid father were not killed by Goku, Garlic know Goku because of his strength. Also, the "story" non very canon should take place before Raditz arrival.
No Garlic's father was defeated by Kami when he was younger!! Not Goku, that was King Piccolo!
