  • This gentle prenatal yoga practice will help you and your baby unwind at the end of the day. As you move mindfully with your breath you will allow your nervous system to relax. This sequence will promote rest and relaxation and cultivate more restful sleep🛌.
    Let the sound of the ocean ease you into your evening as you slow down for the day🌊. Join me for this gentle yoga practice to promote tranquility🧘🏻. Postures are suitable for all trimesters. Modify as needed. A folded blanket and throw pillow are optional props for this class. Please consult your physician to assure exercise is appropriate for you at this time.

    I really loved the yoga in this one but I couldn't understand what she was saying. It wasn't easy to follow because I had to continue looking at the screen to see what I was supposed to be doing.

      I’m sorry you had trouble following this video. Was it the volume that was too low? Or were my cues difficult to follow? I appreciate your feedback.

      ​@@YogiMomLifesuper low volume. I had the phone turned all the way up and I could still barely hear.
      You're voice is super soothing and the routine was nice and relaxing :D
