    I currently do portrait photography/editorial style for amateur models i run into scheduling problems or combating models for prices what to do if you are in this situation?

      For scheduling issues, let them pay half the price upfront, so there will be less risk of cancellations. Is that the scheduling issue?
      For pricing: make a price list pdf that you send them. A list gives less room for negotiation.
