Best presentation of the Mawangdui Qigong exercises I found on the web. I can easily recall all the figures I've learned during my recent retreat. I thought if it might be an additional help to show some inbreath/outbreath instructions, maybe in the bottom line. I will definetely continue my practise using this video!
