Mustard glaze (optional)
Seasoning:
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Some type of salt
Another favorite seasoning
Liquid smoke or smoked paprika
Bake covered for 2.5 hours at 325
Glaze with BBQ sauce
Return to oven uncovered for 20 minutes or until desired tackiness.
