Hi can you post more videos of your spinal fusion recovery . I have seen some of your videos weightlifting .. I am 4 weeks post op L1-t12 fusion, I am standing mostly at work and got lower back soreness so I am just scared and cut my hours at work .. How are u doing now? thank you
