@@emp731 agree. my sh.tbox has doubled then tripled but apart from price nothing has changed. still the same old sh.tbox. Homeowners and people who just want a roof over their head see zero benefit from rising house prices. the only people who benefit from rising prices are greedy people who have more than one house

GDP's already negative, the housing market's already crashing (see all-time high number of price reductions without any sales still), all-time consumer credit card debt, unemployment is skyrocketing and will surpass 2009's 10% peak. Homes and stocks will crash 60%. It's literally 3rd grade math. It was always inevitable. Already seeing it in every single asset class other than the Crypto market ....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

@@MichaelYardney I think there’s trouble down the line from all the investors selling up, I see prices down around 10-15% in coastal areas which is helping more young first homeowners to get in but they are still stretching themselves at those prices and I don’t believe they are in the position to weather anymore potential economic shocks in the next few years like the investor class could, which I think may cause another “need to sell scenario” further down the track. I think employment will get squeezed down here as the state gov starts to slow down on spending, which has been a huge sense of income security for many. Once the government tightens its belt you need the investor class to do some of the lifting but they’re leaving in droves. Great to see first homebuyers but I just hope they manage to hold the next 4 years.
