Of all the tours that we film, the revisited episodes are my favourites because each and every time it feels like visiting old friends. Colin and Megan are such a charming and clever couple who have built a magical home for themselves. I thought it was fantastic the first time we saw it and it amazes me that they have been able to improve on their design even more! We hope you enjoy this episode! Thank you for watching and supporting our channel. With Love, Bryce & Rasa
Colin should start a business teaching people how to upgrade and/or build a tiny house. He has a very patient, positive outlook and would be a great teacher. Such a lovely couple.
oh yes ❤❤❤ I would like to come from Germany to Queensland to meet Colin (& ofcourse Megan 😀✌) and to learn how I can rise up my own craftsman skills to another level. (I'm a civil engineer and I love to build everything by myself, especially woodworking) this TinyHouse is so incredible and so well thought out, so that just like burn in my brain😅. it still my favourite layout, and all the genius ideas inside I love ❤ heartful greetings from Germay and stay healthy and still so cheerful together! 🤗🤗😘
I totally agree with you! I would like to be his student! I wish this couple a lot of health to be able to enjoy life and to spred all the joy they have! ❤ They made me feel happy in my heart and have tears of joy! ❤🎉
The house and the garden are BEAUTIFUL, so is the love between Megan and Colin. It was touching to hear Megan say "Everybody needs a Colin". She gently stroked her husband's head and said: "This house is a testament to what goes on in this man's brain." And Colin looked at her with a smile on his face. Their beautiful house is not just a testament to Colin's talent, but also a testament to the enduring love between Megan and Colin.
I remember this couple and how talented Colin is!! WOW, their upgrades are absolutely amazing! He reminds me of my dad, whose love language was acts of service and anything my mom wanted done, he was acutely listening and paying attention and wanted to get it done before she finished her sentence, like Colin does. What a testament to their love. Also, he has already envisioned the perfect location near a creek and with a treehouse, I cannot wait to see the next update. Bryce, your joy is so beautiful, too. Thank you for this wonderful update, I'm gonna go watch it again!
I couldn't agree more. It sounds like your dad was a wonderful person!I I have absolutely no doubt that Colin and Megan will be in their home on their dream property some day and I can't wait to tour the treehouse he builds! Thank-you so much for your lovely comment. ❤
1st - they are adorable. 2nd - this has been my favourite house you’ve ever featured. 3rd - it still is. 4th - please come back in another 4.5 years! 🇨🇦
I used to have a Bill. Then I lost him, and everyday I want to get mad, but I remind myself that I’m 77, and I don’t have the years left. I can do without all my wishes and thoughts coming true. I was so surprised when we were first married and I would make a suggestion, and there it would be, all done. He was brilliant like your Colin. Just appreciate him while you have him. Give him my love along with yours. I’ve enjoyed both your videos.
@colinleeson4099 What a beautiful home you built for yourself and your wife, can wait to see the tree house you build when you fine your perfect location. Best wishes from Ireland 🇮🇪
I have an Ed and if he can’t buy what he thinks I want or need, he makes it! I, too, have to preface it by saying that I may like something but I don’t want or need it. I am so blessed.
The entirety of the house, it's environment and everything seems so peaceful and simply beautiful!! Much appreciation and love to the couple and you Bryce & Rasa!
I love watching tiny house builds but this channel wouldn't be what it is without Bryce. He's got such a great spirit and the joy he shares with the homeowners. So positive ❤ thanks Bryce and Raza
That is sooooo true! The interactions among Bryce and the owners make all the difference of this amazing channel! I love your work, Bryce and Rasa! ❤❤❤❤❤
This is still my favorite tiny house! It is truly stunning. I have viewed the original video countless times! Colin is amazingly talented and Megan is one lucky lady. Thank you for visiting this lovely couple again. It is a true joy to see the improvements they’ve made to what I had already considered a perfect home. Bryce and Rasa, you genuinely managed to put a big smile on my face! ❤😊
I loved the little smiles every time a lighting feature was revealed, and Megan's acknowledgement of Colin's ingenuity in realising her suggestions and ideas ... I hope we get to see what they come up with together in relocated retirement. Thank you for sharing this with us.
😂 2 brothers. 1 is single, but his ideas/relationships "peter" out. 😂 It's a magical place to stay. We're all very proud of what they've achieved with this.
It‘s also my favorite tiny. I keep going back to this one again and again. Love it!!! Congrats Colin & Megan on this beauty. You did amazing! Cheers from Germany
Finally a tiny house with a carport! You never see garages or carports. It’s very practical especially in snowy winters. This property is gorgeous with the gardens, workshop and guest quarters.
Fantastic!! Bryce, Rasa, you built one of the most amazing and beloved channels on the entire UA-cam! Thank you so much for that! Any time when life is tough, and we all know there is no shortage of those situations in our lives, I go to your channel, and after a couple of minutes my attention goes away from the everyday stress, and life becomes more joyful once again. Thank you both so much! Colin and Megan, you built one of the most beautiful, efficient, and spacious tiny houses I have ever seen; what a job, Colin!! I'll join the group that advocates you should start teaching this thing🙂! You are very thoughtful, detail-oriented, a great planner, and even a better executor🙂! You would make a great living; pls, consider some online courses; we, who dream of the tiny, but have never done it before could learn so much from you; thank you!
@@xpsxps1339 This is the one channel I can always go to for something totally interesting. The one I look for to pop up in my feed. Along with Peter from Indigo River. The two I like most. Keep up the good work Bryce and Rasa. Does it bother you that people all over the world are begging for more videos and would welcome you into their lives without a qualm? I watch my favorite’s over and over. Thank you so very much. God bless you and yours.
I loved this tiny home the first time. Even better now . Cuedos to Megan for recognizing Colin's talent and working with him. My husband drew a lovely plan for a rabbit hutch, then built it slap happy until I spotted that, and made him complete it as per the plan. The lid was the best made part of the rabbit hutch. 🙂
Dang it Bryce, you're making me cry!!! This reminds me also of how long I've been watching your channel because it's one of my favorites too as well as Dolly's! You should revisit her too! It's always so wonderful to see your enthusiasm after all this time! We ❤ you Bryce!
It definitely can put a smile on anybody’s face whether they drive to Serenity or just watch it on UA-cam😊 This used to be one of the tiny houses I really really loved and the new version of it is absolutely stunning 😍 Good job guys! It is BEAUTIFUL💚 Cheers from Germany👏🏻
Re-watched the original first visit to this tiny house....amazing to see the progression...the gardens, the enclosed patio..his workshop...the cabinetry and utilizing of space in this home is absolutely amazing..as she said in praising Colin.. she's so proud of her husband's accomplishments ......
Great that you went back to rewatch the first tour too! You really can see how much has changed! We love being able to revisit these homes to show the progression.
I can't believe it's been 4 1/2 years but this home has always been what I go back to when I want to dream about living tiny. And now with the deck and changes to the bedroom window it's beyond perfect.
Oh my goodness, I absolutely cannot believe that it was 4-1/2 years ago that we first saw Colin and Megan's home! Wow. I remember so well how many clever storage spots Colin had designed into the house. He is brilliant! Megan took the words out of my head - everybody needs a Colin! The upgrades are fabulous, the gardens and Colin's work shed, and the chicken coop - even the beautiful and neat compost bins I spied at the end, next to the chicken coop - everything is done to perfection. And to think that it is all transportable to their final spot! Thanks so much for bringing back this lovely couple and their amazing home!
It’s so nice to revisit this great couple & see the additional work they’ve put into the home & property. This home has been one of my favourites. The storage spaces are so clever & useful. Hard to believe that it was 4 years ago that we met this couple. Thanks for revisiting & bringing us up to date👍🏻😘🇨🇦
It really is amazing to see their gardens, chicken house, workshop and golf course, and realize that these two people are still working -- they aren't retired yet. Where do they find the time to do all this amazing stuff? Very inspiring!
Your episodes always make my day Brice! Love the vacuum feature, the kitchen design, the bathroom layout, the outdoor amenities, the carport, and especially those hardwood floors! Thanks Brice!
If I ever get to have a tiny house, I will just show this video to a builder and say, "this is what I want!" It's PERFECT! Functional and beautiful. ( However, my husband loves our very large home, even though the five kiddos have grown up!) Wow, this was a treat!!😊
I absolutely adore these two beautiful people from the first vid until this one and now beyond. They're obviously crazy, mad for each other and proud of each other. They're absolutely trail blazers for the TH movement - so, so clever. What an inspiration. The have created, hands down, my ideal home and environment. Love, love, love!!
I remember this house, and I, like many on here, still thinks it's the best I've ever seen. Lovely couple as well. You can sense the love they have for each other and their Lovely home. Perfect!!!. ❤❤❤
“Everyone needs a Collin”😂❤ I know a Collin would be welcomed here! (I feel I have always liked all Collin’s I have ever known.) This continues to be one really special tiny house! And remember, you are never too old to have fun! Enjoy your time there guys, and your future adventures! You are creative inspirations! ❤
That was a pretty nice home before the upgrades. I love that this place is revisited. The couple looks to be proud of what they built and they should be.
Thank you so much for revisiting this tiny house. This has always been my favorite, and to see the upgrades has made it even more special. Collin’s talent in woodworking is amazing! I agree, we all need a Collin working for us.
Wow! I always thought they had planned & created one of the very best tiny homes you had shown so I am blown away that it's been made even better. He is such a creative & practical man & it was heartwarming to hear his wife saying such loving things about him. That outdoor space, just gorgeous. Thanks for sharing this.❤
Bryce! I loved this episode. it really embodied so many of the tomes of tiny house living. They have a beautiful spot, conserve money with the their garden and hen house - which goes into travel & they can still accommodate family and bonus bonus they are near a workable commute! AND bonus+++ they have a colin! This man should certainly be a consultant in tiny house construction. so many ingenius elements in the cabinetry/lighting and design. I also loved the feature of all the upgrades they've done. Who lives in a 'home' and are not always adapting it to their needs. I also enjoy these revisits as well. 5 years! truly shows that living in a space like this can work to peoples advantage. Thank you again for your channel and visiting some of the most lovely people on the internet! Cheers
I love their cupboards & drawers. Love the garden, one after my own heart. Thought the kitchen could have incorporated the work triangle idea a little bit more, as the stations are in a straight line, but overall -- that's one fantastic use of space. It seems spacious -- even though it looks so tiny from the outside. Marvelous! Glad you're still doing this, Bryce. Good job cheering our hearts as we look forward to the return of our Savior! Hope you and yours are all ready for that. :) Thank you!
It's always your sincerity and spontaneity tied up with your passion and excitement that makes everything genuine and incomparable. And yes, I so remember this tiny house being featured but has it been 4.5 years?😮 Where did the time go? 🤔 I've remembered this as one of the "big" tiny houses you've featured back then but it's even lovelier and cozier now with every nook and cranny that's well thought-out. It's a nice thing to go back and revisit the tiny houses you've once featured. Thanks Bryce and Rasa.
This home has always been in my top 15 favorite tiny house designs and to see again 5 years later and the small upgrades have still in my top 10 favorite. Everyone definitely needs a Colin in their life especially when it comes to owning a house whatever size it might be. My father was a Colin and I learned so much from him. Unfortunately my husband didn't have a Colin to teach him growing up and I didn't realize just how much I was actually doing to keep the house and property going until I couldn't do it any more as a result of spinal cord injuries that had been misdiagnosed repeatedly for 20 years. I know how insane that sounds but it is actually very true. I have been blessed with an extremely high pain tolerance level and the mindset that we keep going till we completed our responsiblities. Plus my former doctor didn't believe that I was actually having all of the symptoms that included difficulty standing, walking and functioning daily. I forced him to order the MRI that literally saved my life. Little did I know that was only the beginning of a crazy health journey that would nearly kill me six different times in a 4 year span. My life is nothing like it used to be and our house has paid the price because of that unfortunately.
It is nice when people have the same ideas as you. When Bryce mentioned that this house was one of his favourites, I felt the same way. The original video from years ago showcasing all the amazing details of the house was great to watch. There were things that I would have changed to suit me, I think anyone would, but thats just part of tiny houses. But seeing all these changes they have made over the last 4 years is outstanding, the house has gone from a 9 to a 10.
Hands down, this is the number one tiny home set up. It’s also very peaceful, stellar craftsmanship and I grinned watching him described all that they have accomplished. It’s beautiful, well done!
This story was great because Colin and his wife have shared how they live and have fine tuned ideas over time. It's a story of 5yrs not only the way the home looks. The true test will be hosting our whole social club :P
I’m so glad you did this follow-up! I have rewatched your original video of this couple’s tiny house many times and have wondered how they were doing after all these years. Thank you!
I cant believe we were introduced to this house 4 years ago, it still is my favourite tiny house ever! Bill is amazing, they both are so lucky to have each other 😍❤
I remember the first video of this tiny home and I loved it. Five years later with minor adjustments to adopt to weather, security situations was done very well.
Following your channel the last few years has been such an inspiration to how I imagine my future, and your portraits of Colin and Megan are the quintessential example of why. I love that there aren't super defined qualifications for who you visit. Focusing on a way of life that prioritizes pursuing your own vision for a home in creative and attainable ways, this has clearly been your North star and I just had to write a sentimental note to say thank you to everyone involved here! Truly amazing what you all continue to accomplish.
This was a stunning tiny house the first time I saw it (and also my favourite of all the ones I've seen) It's so nice that you re-visited them and the changes they've made have made it even more spectacular! The space they are in is beautiful and so in tune with their home and personalities. Colin & Megan have the most creative collaborative skills-I would definitely want them to help design my tiny house.
Amazing progress. Inside &, especially, out. Love the chicken run and raised coop. 19:05 The chickens looking out the windows of their coop at Megan and Colin while they're enjoying the firepit is just the cutest thing! 🥰
This is one of my favorites and to see the changes they have made it even better ❤❤ I have shared this link to people in the past to show how well they have maximized storage... about to start sharing this latest update to. I need a Colin to help me achieve my ideas of making things for my home lol

The minute I saw Colin, "the brilliant cabinet guy" popped in my head. This house is brilliant. Accommodating, flexible and beautiful.
Thanks for sharing this.❤
Everyone needs a Collin. Boy she got that right. What a gorgeous home/property. I would love a Collin. 😂❤
I don't know why but I just love this guy....
My fav Tiny House couple. Friendly, laid back, clean and functional aesthetic, and full of innovative ideas. Great house and beautiful gardens.
It's always your sincerity and spontaneity tied up with your passion and excitement that makes everything genuine and incomparable.
And yes, I so remember this tiny house being featured but has it been 4.5 years?😮 Where did the time go? 🤔
I've remembered this as one of the "big" tiny houses you've featured back then but it's even lovelier and cozier now with every nook and cranny that's well thought-out. It's a nice thing to go back and revisit the tiny houses you've once featured.
Thanks Bryce and Rasa.
A truly stunning home. Colin is a legend tbh!!!
In such a WARM SUNNY climate, a little bit of COLOR in that interior would be NICE !!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this home!! The additions are beautiful! More revisits please Bryce and Rasa 🙏
This story was great because Colin and his wife have shared how they live and have fine tuned ideas over time. It's a story of 5yrs not only the way the home looks. The true test will be hosting our whole social club :P
Awe! Everybody needs a Colin un their life! What a beautiful couple and I love their home ❤❤❤
This is my favorite home tour ever!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’m so glad you did this follow-up! I have rewatched your original video of this couple’s tiny house many times and have wondered how they were doing after all these years. Thank you!
Absolutely PERFECT! MY FAVORITE EVER!!
Gorgeous home/stead, and what a beautiful compliment Megan gave for her husband Colin.
Thanks so much for this comment! Thank-you for following our journey for so long and I'm so glad you're enjoying our videos!
Beautifully expressed!
Thank you for sharing your home with us. So beautiful.
It's the nicest thing to be with you, when you go back for revisits!
Colin and Megan, this is my favourite home. I am so glad Bryce and Rasa visited you again !
Amazing creation woww watching from Albay, Bicol, Philippines 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
This was a stunning tiny house the first time I saw it (and also my favourite of all the ones I've seen) It's so nice that you re-visited them and the changes they've made have made it even more spectacular! The space they are in is beautiful and so in tune with their home and personalities. Colin & Megan have the most creative collaborative skills-I would definitely want them to help design my tiny house.
Colin reminds me sooo much of my dad, if there is even the slightest chance that something can be "pimped up", it will be! 😅👍
it's satisfying to do that :)
Amazing progress. Inside &, especially, out. Love the chicken run and raised coop. 19:05 The chickens looking out the windows of their coop at Megan and Colin while they're enjoying the firepit is just the cutest thing! 🥰
Love this tiny house and its all amenities. It has everything like a 5 star hotel.
This is one of the best tiny homes that I’ve seen. What an amazing couple. I wish I had a Colin!
This is one of my favorites and to see the changes they have made it even better ❤❤
I have shared this link to people in the past to show how well they have maximized storage... about to start sharing this latest update to. I need a Colin to help me achieve my ideas of making things for my home lol
The things they have done to this Home are beyond clever. Cheers!
This is my favorite tiny house!!!
Still so in love with this absolutely stunning tinyhouse 😍😍😍
It was built with love and it shows through their smiles great job Colin and Megan
