wondering if you use any keybind changes? ive tried to get used to the default control scheme, but i just have a weak thumb so "left alt sliding" is hard for my wittle thumb. and hitting Q and E is so confusing in the middle of trying not to die.

I use the standard keybinds, they just worked out for me. You just have to find what works for you!
Maybe use buttons on your mouse if you have them?

I also got fear and know some bug fix for fear 1 and extraction point got the fear games about a month ago
