I was shocked when I heard her EN dub in thee first part of Penacony. She always sounds annoyed or even angry. I think any other dub suits her personality a lot better. I'm playing in Korean and I really like her calm voice there
Everyone has preferences; IMHO, the Japanese VA nailed it, and so did the Chinese, but I also loved the English one; hating on one or the other is just silly. foolish.
I think EN and KR fails to capture her character. It would've been better if they left those groaning sounds out or have them be extremely low volume. JP and CN makes acheron sound dead and depressed. Literally how its supposed to be.
You’re spot on. I can’t believe the glazing in the comments for the EN voice. Allegra Clark butchered her character. There are good EN voicing, but this ain’t it. JP voice really fits with her personality and character. Idk why I even have to explain that. It’s like they don’t play the same game as us.

The voices in English always leave a lot, a lot to be desired, they lack soul, strength, conviction, these Americans are cold and the same thing happens in all animes, no wonder they were not paid on time before for their terrible dubbing work, low budget.
