Best Fried Oyster Mushrooms Recipe (Better Than KFC)

Ingredients -
For the Mushroom: Oyster
For the Dry Mix:
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. mushroom powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
For the wet Mix:
Dry Mix + Water
- Oil

- Deep Enough Pot for Frying
- Spider Skimmer

Hi you can replace the rice flour with equal amounts of cornstarch or even potato starch .
