WCVD9 - A V-Ex Virtual Exhibition and Conference

V-Ex were engaged by The Webinar Vet to create a virtual alternative to the 9th World Congress of Veterinary Dermatology. We created a 3D virtual congress centre dedicated to the event and positioned it in Sydney, using both sound and animation to nod to the location. We developed bespoke exhibition stands for 19 leading veterinary companies and positioned them in a unique 3D walkaround environment. Our custom Poster Room area allowed vets to engage with content quickly, whilst providing the impression of a real poster room environment. Our branded auditoriums helped to enhance the realistic environment, and provided a simple, yet effective way for Vets to access the congress symposia content. By using a mix of 2D and 3D navigation, we created an accessible environment, that ensured maximum engagement from all delegates. Our tracking enabled exhibitors to get a great ROI, by providing live reporting on who had visited their stand and exactly what the engaged with. As you can see from the delegate feedback, the event was very successful and a completely unique and exciting experience.
