You may find lower prices in other parts of Texas, but Austin remains a popular choice for various reasons. This particular location is in a highly desirable area of the city, so prices in this building and nearby tend to be higher than outside of Downtown. Thanks for your feedback!
Yeah, some of the condos and pin houses in the buildings around them are even worse. I have a friend in the Quincy that paid $8 million for his 29th floor condo I’m also hearing that some of the units in the water line I’ll be anywhere from eight to $18 million to buy. I wait for the markets to shift correct. This is a New York.
