I’m going to therapy as well, once a week. It’s really changed my life. It’s benefited my relationship with my boyfriend, work and with myself. I highly recommend it. It’s not a weakness to acknowledge that you need help!

Hi @Emily DiDonato! I just wanted to come on here and say thank you so much for posting videos. I was in a bad relationship and breakup this last month and a half, and I was super upset about it all. I started to watch your videos and got inspired to take care of myself more. I’ve been able to gain more self confidence by wearing less makeup, cleaning my skin with a new, good products, using face masks, whitening my teeth, starting to workout. Thank you for inspiring me back into it!
My selfcare is working out regularly, reading instead of watching netflix etc (but this can also relax, especially if I'm really looking forward to the movie), fresh air (going for a walk, hiking) :)
I quit drinking too. Best decision. It was bringing me down.. I was depressed, anxious 😞 but definitely incorporating exercises in my daily routine, so watching your vids are so inspiring because I feel like I'm not the only one❤🇨🇦 stay safe Emily🙂

i think i have the most simple skincare routine. nada. i don’t even wash my face. i maybe rinse it in the shower, no soap. my skin is fine. i need creativity.
my self-care is lying in my bed when there is a sun comes directly to my bed. i can not even open my eyes because of the sun. that much sunlight im talkin about :D and while doing this i listen songs that make me feel relaxed. just me, sunlight and good music :)

Izzy🐾🐾❤️❤️❤️!! Just trying to keep walking even when it hurts like hell and my legs just want to stop!! Going to gym, the leg press is my best friend, it keeps me walking!! For some reason my legs keep being more and more uncooperative, so Neurologist when Covid is over!! It is so important to always keep exercising because it keeps so much negative like illness or anything emotional away or minimizes it so you can be healthier!!
Congrats on taking a deep dive with therapy! I know from experience that it can be scary to have a constistent relationship with a therapist not just go to them when things are bad. Also - for me - my two dogs have helped me out so much during this time. They get me up in the morning and help me stay out of my head for too long. xxo

Oof I feel you with the alcohol. It wasn't out of control by any means but it was definitely more than usual and it was affecting my energy levels. I drank for the first time in the new year two days ago, and it was only two drinks but the next day I felt soooo tired. I couldn't finish my workout yesterday and I'm still just feeling sluggish today oof
Honestly for me would be maintaining my eyebrows and doing my hair I also keep my skincare super simple just a hydrating serum and moisturizer. Also knitting makes me feel very accomplished even if it’s a few rows. Also loved watching this your such a breath of fresh air 💛

Absolutely LOVED this!! Btw is it just me or have your brows totally gotten fuller? I felt like they really did (even when you didnt have make-up on them!). Your video me feel excited to start my day and I am totally into being creative first thing when I start "work". I feel I just do a lot better that way, if I do it in the late afternoon I tend to have less patience and get more frustrated. My routine is pretty similar to yours, except I do a 5 min gratitude journal & short yoga before my workout. Thank you for sharing yours and your lovely video's as always :)

if you don’t wear make up, no need to to use cleaning products. just rinse your face in the shower, no soap needed. facial products don’t do shit. 😊

When I’m feeling down I take a nice warm bath with some salts and I just put something I like on Netflix and chill there 🥰
