Looked like hard graft with low water temperatures but built the swim beautifully with great results. Well done Ian. Trotting bread with a stick float…can’t think of a finer way of fishing.
Some nice roach there Ian, enjoyed watching that. Was wondering, the last few videos you have put up you are on the fixed spool reel, have you given up on your Abu closed face reel? I bought the 506 mk 2 last year, must admit the jury is still out on it. Just find I get alot of bedding in & can't get to grips with the clutch or lack of clutch! Good video tho.👍
Have not given up on the Abu also I don’t use the clutch I back wind my fish in,as for line bedding it’s down to how much line on you have on your spool just don’t over load it🐠🐠
Ian. Your bread feed. Is it straight liquidised or is it dampened with water?.In faster deeper water do you use groundbait or a mixture of liquidised and groundbait? Hope you don't mind me asking. 🙂
@@andrewjackson9603 I don’t mind you asking I usually mix with bran slightly dampened and in faster water I use a bit of aquatic fine white pebble to get to the bottom quicker, but I will vary my feed pattern depending on how I’m fishing, hope this helps 🎣🎣
Excellent video Ian, love your relaxed style of fishing and you seem tobe in no hurry to land fish. Looking forward to more of your video's. Tom
