Everytime you hear a bass while Tim sings, it's Chance taking over. They can seamlessly take over from each other as they do in other songs. (like "One Man Band" and "My Church"). My favorite line is when they both sing together, a little double bass 🧡🧡

Lol Chance does the bass when Tim sings lead or they both do bass (how great tho art and Bless the Broken road) hits us with double bass who wouldn't like that lol They hit the double bass In This one too I'm hoping they do this at one of the concerts I go to.

Good question! Yeah, while Tim's doing the lead, including oodles of spectacular "stunt bass" bidness, Chance is doing the rock solid foundation bass part. Having two world-class basses is one of HF's many superpowers. Chance and Tim tag-team so seamlessly, often switching in mid-syllable, and both have freakish ranges so either of them could be doing harmonies or leads anywhere in the bass/bari/tenor range while the other is locked with Adam in a gravity well of a groove. Put Austin and Rob anywhere from the middle to the moon and ya got....well...everything! Can't get enough, glad you agree.

Hi Adam, I really enjoy your reactions to Home Free! Of course they are pretty much the only group I listen to. But, that being said, they do sing with Peter Hollens at times. He is another a capella singer and does a lot of layering of his own voice. You should check out his channel, he did a collab with Home Free a couple months ago, they did a U2 song "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For, and if you love Tim's Bass watch him and Peter sing Misty Mountains both on Peter's Channel. Hey, Travis! Loved your reaction! This is one of my favorite fun songs of theirs! I actually love the original by Trace Adkins and Blake Shelton! I saw theirs years ago and knew instantly that this would be such a great one for Home Free to cover, and my wish came true not long afterwards. You can see that they had way too much fun filming this one! Lol I do have a suggestion for a different reaction. Austin Brown has his solo channel and has many covers and originals on their. A couple to start with are a cover of “Danny Boy”, and an original “If I Met You Now”!

They do some voice layering during production. Chance is a natural baritone but he takes over bass when Tim is in the lead when they perform live.
