The wood you buy for most of your projects. Is it home center or local lumber ? How long does the home center wood have to dry before using for tables etc? Thank you in advance
Noodle boards of any type are terrible money makers actually. I even custom laser engrave them and still say they're terrible. Why? The type of buyer it attracts and the off shore competition from etsy sellers. The buyers are usually Karen's that even when you give them exactly what they ask for, aren't happy with the final product. It's a fad at best that gets lumped in with welcome signs on front porches. It may be a good starting point for beginners to sell but more than anything it's a learning curve that you will get far the hell away from. Fine furniture, excellent joinery and unique pieces are more rewarding emotionally and monetarily. I'd rather sit on a well made piece of fine furniture than cut my throat over making noodle boards.
hey bro, i just watched the video of making the Marine Corps emblem flag. The Marine Corps has a copyright on the Eagle Globe and Anchor now. Unless you have the rights to do so, you cant use that emblem and sell it. Just sayin man.
