It's weird how something so uptempo can sound so melancholy in a minor key. This track was a huge influence for me in my teen years, almost 20 years ago.
I've learned from experience that major vs minor has less to do with the mood of a track. it's either the melody itself or which key major or minor it is.

A DoshDoshington video brought me here, initially thought it to be a Jazz Jackrabbit song.
Dosh brought me here as well lol

What a cool and punchy track. Radix was (is?) a great sound designer and mixer.
Check out his other work (by name of 'Mosaik')
@@tassadar1977 Oh, nice. I've heard of Mosaik but didn't realize it was Radix. Thanks for the tip!
Haha, fun seeing somebody you know in the comments! Hello Mordi, you’re awesome 😆
@@rachelwharton4245 lol, nice. Thanks Rachel! 😁
radix, one of the most underrated musicians ever
This track makes me feel like a fashionable person
I hear some Daft Punk influence in this one, especially the melody line that sounds a bit like a vocoded voice :)
Radix rocks!
God made that music it’s too good👌
Gimme a break. so good.

I nominate this to the best chiptune / tracker song of all time.
