Hey Isaac! Thanks for the feedback mate, I usually have my bro Chad behind the camera but the COVID times have been challenging. I'll make sure to have close ups on all the chords for future tunes, cheers! Todd
hi man, thank you so much for the tutorial. Not very many on UA-cam for this song. I would like to add that Kevin said that on the actual song he recorded the "bass" intro on the guitar. He added an octave effect to his guitar to make it sound more gnarly. When played live though it is played on bass but on the original song it's played on the guitar! Thanks again, been meaning to Iearn this sing for a while :)
Pedals! Anything from fuzz petals, to overdrive and distortion pedals. You plug your guitar into them and then plug the pedal into the amp, and it’s what creates these sounds
Hi Joven! Thanks for the question! My guitar was plugged in to a multi effects pedal (Fractal Audio FX8) which has an overdrive and reverb effect on it, then plugged from my pedal into my Marshall amplifier. I will do a video soon on tone and cover everything from pickup selection, through to effect pedals and different amp's with built in effects. I hope this has helped! cheers, Todd
I'd recommend overdrive and lots of reverb for the echo and maybe a little bit of delay? I don't know I'm still experiementing but definitely overdrive and reverb
I only needed 1:35 to 3:45, but if I were you, I'd explain the notes I need to hit in order, and then give tips on sliding, etc... Building the tablature was tough, I'm not sure if I wrote the last part right, you repeated it a few times and just said to look at the fingers and look back at it? Thanks for the tutorial, but it's not comprehensive guitar teaching I'm gonna pay for..
Sorry I didn't explain that part during the video! My 1st finger is on the 7th fret on the 2nd string, 3rd finger is on the 9th fret on the 3rd string, 4th finger is on the 9th fret on the 2nd string, and I am rotating the notes using this finger pattern: 1,3,4,3 (I hope you can understand this ok?!) Cheers, Todd
I have no idea were your fingers r
Same

How come you don’t right the tabs down like on the side?
Can someone please tell how did he play that 10:35 ?

ok so 7 b then 9 g then 9 b and you just repeat it 8 times
What are the amp settings?
Great lesson, but the intro bass line isn't played on bass. It's a guitar w/ an octave petal
is this standard tuning?
Singing helps lowkey lol
How do you read the chart
Does anybody have a link to this in tab I can’t really see where his Fingers are
Sorry mate! I will try and get a closer up view on my fingers in future vids, cheers!
@@WailGuitar what about this vid though, or are you going to remake this in the future
I don't know how to read notes 😢
nice song and all but I will say going a bit slower and making sure you talk about what strings you use will help a whole lot
