I went to my son's graduation this past weekend and everyone was saying how much I gained weight, I used to be 145lb in my 20s and Early 30s now that I'm in my mid 40s I put on more weight plus I'm a truck driver so I'm mostly sitting down most of the day, but that's no excuse to exercise and diet right. Once I'm retired from trucking I'm going to hit the gym religiously.
