Hi, I don’t know if you found the solution yet, but I was able to. So from your dashboard view of all your camera, scroll to the one that is deactivated. Usually on it, there’s the setting circle on the top right of the live view but for the deactivated one, you’ll see a 🚫. Click on the 🚫 on the deactivated “live” view of the box that’s on the bottom right. Once you click that, it will give you the option to delete the deactivated device. Hope it helps.
