I always find it's best to tuck your risers into the middle cell, and put the lines in the middle of the glider before you start bunching it up. Helps keep your lines from going all over the shop. Start zipping it up from the bottom too so you're forcing the air out of the leading edge as you go up if you need to as well. Been working for me so far :)
