Sheet plastic is going to vibrate unless you have a vacuum table. You can cheat with a downward spiral bit that pushes the material down when it cuts. This is also a good case for using double face masking tape. Misters will give you a cleaner and faster cut. Lastly you need a second spindle mount if you haven't done it already.

The spindle mount is sitting way up high near the motor, it's supposed to sit on the bottom part.
I'm a 15 yrs CNC machinist. I do prototyping and things like that on high end product. I'm just about to assemble my 1500x1500. Anyway, I appreciate the nod to Machinists. Missy people don't understand what we do. Lol

You need to level your spoil board, trust me it will fix stuff, that way the surface is level to your machine.
It is better if you use two spindle mounts....more spindle rigidity
