For example job description, your expectations, what kind of experience and qualifications paraprofessionals must have. Hello! I am kind of new to your channel. I have been watching for a few weeks now and as a TA I find so much inspiration in your videos. In the intro, and a past video, I heard you mention that if this was your class it wouldnt be decorated in that way. Why is that? I wonder because I am working with my first borderline autistic child in an integrated classroom setting.
How do you make your own labels? I noticed that you made what you were missing from your schedule on a word doc. I am not technologically advanced, to say the least.
