В глубинках моей страны - автомобили утилизируются сами по себе прямо на ходу но постепенно....а эти только обкатку прошли)))

В России такие машины ходили бы ещё не одно десятилетие...

This is how to recycle a car - by hand, separating as many of the materials as possible for proper recycling. Other countries could learn a lot from this. Good job. My only complaint is that in a lot of Asian countries, cars are recycled long before they're past their working life, which is a real waste.
Its in all countries. Ever see USA scrap cars? When they need a battery the AC breaks or the alternator stops charging people turn them in for scrap.

In many countries cars are scrapped in one piece, ruining potential spare parts for other cars. Thank you Korea for doing it the right way, even though I have to admit that many cars shown in the video meet the junk yard long before they should.

Warehouse facilities could handle most of the stock recuperated, and nothing should be scrapped, to the smallest bolt, unless accidented. Car designers should be thought on how to implement recycled car parts in their new designs, making it possible for manufacturers to utilize as much material possible from the stockpiles. This methodology permits stakeholders and shareholders to get higher returns on their R.O.I.s. Even under chassis could be kept if corrosion is light, be sandblasted, gravelguarded, and made readily available for body shops.
That car was better than anything that we are currently driving. I’d be happy to just have the tires and/or battery

Правильная утилизация. Пластик к пластику, проводка к проводке, металл к металлу. Жидкости сливают. Все как положено. Эти детали оживут в новом обличии. Респект мастерам.
Да не только у владельцев. Как можно автомобиль в таком идеальном состоянии уничтожать?
@@avtolubitel78 какое идеальное? Три года, пробег за 100+ уже и экологоя не та, и усталость металла, износ, выше вероятность отказов и технических причин влияющих на безопасность... в нормальных странах это нормальный подход! А не ездить по 20-30 лет пока асфальт из салона видно не станет...
@@user-sc5yd4jy9s, не нужно о крайностях говорить. Тут ржавчины и близко нет. Экология, пока катализатор выполняет свою функцию, что контролируется электроникой, страдать не будет. А вот создание нового автомобиля- это нагрузка на экологию. Безопасность, если во время всё обслуживать, тоже страдать не будет, пока коррозия не сделает своё дело.
По этому автомобилю видно, что ресурс ещё далеко не исчерпан.

Engine oil did not look old, transmission oil was new and the air filter was also new.

Антифриз чистенький , атф красненькая , воздушный фильтр как новый, кондиционер заправлен - новая блин машина, ездить и ездить ещё …
Даже при таком небрежном разборе, что-то поломать сложно. Это аналог альмеры н16 что ли? Норм машина

Обычный ширпотреб,вот действительно больно смотреть когда пилят Японские легенды,или масклкары.
В нормальных цивилизованных странах у машин есть срок службы и это я считаю нормально не то что у нас пока на дороге не развалится и не убьёт кого нибудь не утилизируют.. Ну а с другой стороны чтобы так было нужно людям дать достойную жизнь чтобы они могли себе позволить менять машины.у нас это ни кому не интересно .
Я меняю машину каждые три года.
У нас еще и принудительно сокращают ресурс отвратительным топливом и той гадостью что рассыпают по дорогам зимой

For people who's asking why this car is being scrapped. Usually here in Korea, cars older than 10 yrs are considered old vehicle and when the cars age more than 20 yrs, they usually end up in scrap yard or get exported to other countries. It is because it sometimes costs more to fix it or can get more money when being exported.
But if the car has frame damage (even if it's fixed), it is hard to sell it to other countries since buyers don't really want them. Or when you consider the transport fee and tax, it sometimes make the car difficult to be exported. Or, maybe it may get better value in parts rather than whole car.
I see...
And why is that? People don't maintain their cars properly so in 10 years it's total junk?
@@kevincampos3797 Well. If you belive this is bad. Take a look about the loot of BMW's on Canada that they are brand new since I belive 2019 and getting rust in middle of nowhere bc they got "Damaged" during the export (The damages were scratches that could come out with a little bit of polish).
People say that probably got water damage inside but again those cars are literally new.

@@bordercollie1524 I live on Mexico. My car is almost 20 years old (It's a 2005 MK4 VW Jetta) I haven't reached the 200k km. I'm literally struggling to get out of the 190k km.
Car is a Samsung, which is part of the Nissan/Renault group. (grille emblem; engine cover at 1:27) That is why many features look similar to older Nissan models.
I drive one of these (Western version obviously, Nissan Pulsar) and this video has actually been very helpful for me in figuring out how to remove panels to perform upgrades 😁 thanks

Why was this beautiful vehicle scrapped? What was the problem? It still looked very good. However, I think it's very good how the parts are offered for sale there. I hope that also applies to the bumpers, engine etc?
Assuming the car is basically sound scrapping it like this is a violation against ecoligical principals in every way....

@@sekopiski That can easy be fixed. That's why you don't have to throw away a car. Then you sell it to someone who appreciates it and fixes it again.

I don't understand the intense manual labor in disassembling the car to basically save just the taillights and mirrors, sorting everything else into random bins for scrap and then probably crush the carcass...most yards shred or cut up the cars and pass magnets for the steel/iron

It is amazing that all parts are removed one by one almost by hand without using heavy machinery like Japan. Looking at this, it's like cutting a live fish with a kitchen knife
When I worked at a place were we scrapped old american classics we let the windows and the interior still be in the cars if it wasn't in mint condition. Most of the times we only took out enginge, transmission, sometimes rear axle and the wheels. If no one needed any other part from the car it was crushed after a few years.
That was the way here in OZ now it's going like what the video covers most are disassembled then sorted . Too many gits wrecking the cars and damaging parts to get the one they want and too many injuries

It's actually nice how they slowly scrap the car by taking off useful parts for use on other vehicles that are the same model which are still running. In America, cars are destroyed after being in a junkyard for a very long time with still some usable parts on them.

Но эти страны не учитывают, чего хотят люди. Многие люди любят старые автомобили. Если автомобиль не представляет опасности и не наносит вред экологии из-за неисправных экологических систем, то не нужно принуждать хозяина утилизировать.

In Korea that car was about 20 years old. It was in a good condition though. Even gearbox oil was still red. World is pushing for emissions standards and unfortunately cars like that are going to be scrapped even if they are in good working order
@@sekopiski I disagree. Even if that were the case it would have taken about one 100th of the time to replace the timing chain that it would have taken to scrap this whole car.
At least they removed all the plastics and other materials, this was recycled a better ya than we do it in the west. Here they just get crushed with only battery, cat and motor removed.

Um dia vamos nos arrepender de dispensar carros novos. Há 150 anos atrás quem tinha uma carroça era privilégio. Pode ser que alguns anos a frente vamos ter que andarmos de carroça novamente. Ninguém Sabá quando essa sociedade vai colapsar.

재활용하기 용이하기도 하고 모서리 부분에 붙는 부분이라 단순 사고에도 파손율이 높아 수요가 많아서지요.

These parts, everything from bolts, retainers and bigger parts should be sent to warehouses, and designers should be thaught to include recycled parts in their new designs. This way, material costs can be minimized, and it permits manufacturers stakeholders and shareholders to benefit on higher returns for their R.O.I.s.

Я с России! обидно! Такие автомобили в утилизацию у нас автопром новый такого комфорта и 6адежности не имеет как этот Ниссан 2003г. В реалиях наших ему ещё 250000км ездить и лет 10 без проблем... И пережил бы он половину новых автомобилей Лада гранта
