Religion and State don't seem to be separated like out Forefathers intended. It should be on facts, not religious zealots opinions. I'm pro abortion up until before the baby becomes conscious, which is around 24 weeks. So to be safe maybe trim that back to 20 or even 18 weeks as thats 3 and a half months to make ones mind up. So the baby doesn't suffer because it hasn't developed consciousness yet

@@mattgerry1 - At the time the story was reported by the media, his body was found on Friday and the County Coroner had stated that he died from "what APPEARED to be a self-inflicted gun wound."
There was subsequent push-back from the the whistleblower's lawyer, his family, and the public in general, and the Charleston Police made a statement that an investigation into the death had been opened and the final results would be reported. That was the last I heard, so I was asking if anyone had heard anything further.
News reporters need to stop saying "unprecedented" for every news article. It has become a meaningless word now

Now that the parents are sentenced when will they bring up charges on the negligent school administration? They told the parents to get their son help and take him home. Parents refused to take him home but NOBODY checked his backpack before he was sent back to class.
School also needs to be held accountable/liable
They won’t the courts already ruled they have immunity criminally and civilly
The school would not have the practical incentive or legal duty to search the backpack, if the parents did not tell them there was a concealable gun in the mix. Indeed the school searching the backpack might have legal issues, while parents ALWAYS have the right to search their own minor children.
I watched some of the trial of the mother. The school said the parents did not reveal they had bought their son a gun. Most people, however, would have taken their kid home and got him some help.
send your children to Good private schools....Most have systems in place to prevent dangerous situations.
The Crumblys should have gotten life without parole. The parents of their victims are not exagerrating that they are now serving life sentences. They will wake up everyday with holes in their hearts that will never get better.

Don't forget to vote for men's rights, too. Vote no on child support. A woman has the right not to have a baby regardless of the father wanting to keep the child. And by that same logic, a father should not have to pay child support if he does not want to have a baby, but the mother chooses to have the baby anyway. Child support is gender inequality, and not paying it leads to the only form of debtors prison in this country, yet nobody is discussing it or how absurd it is.

I think people nedd educated on the facts of development and draw a line in the sand. because once that baby is conscious, to abort it would be no different to killing 3 month old new born. Squatters Rights but a defined legal court system. Need to register with the courts, file paperwork and fulfill their requirements legally agreeing to try and find the owner. If the owner is still alive, then as courts mandate the property be kept up to code, and the owner wants back, things like new roofs will end up in civil court. Can also be avoided by offering college students free rent in exchange for housesitting.
And squatters right are going to be NO MORE!!!!!!!! Ha ha
