A simple human thing to do. Studies show how pretty much everybody does it. I think the younger we are the more we will be embarrassed about it. I don’t think any girl in high school would admit it. Now that I am in college I have changed my attitude about it and can see it positively as you do. I suppose when you were in high school you maybe you felt guilty after doing it, right? ☺️
