Laptop speaker torn and making shattering noise | Lets learn how to fix.

I visited my friends place and he had disassembled a laptop, he asked me if the torn speaker can be fixed, this video shows reconstructing the torn speaker paper of laptop, this can be used for any kind/type of speaker.

My laptop speaker diaphgram was completely destroyed,
I have Lenovo Legion Y545 Gaming laptop RTX 2060,
Suddenly the speaker had crackling torn sounds, Awaz phat rhi thi..
I applied this method with RTV silicone insulation 704 ... and the speaker is working fine again.. no more cracking torn sound from the speaker...
