Click bait. I thought I could rely on Forbes to provide real insight. There was nothing on this clip about robotic construction workers. I will think twice now before clicking on another Forbes video.
Software packages are far from an army of robots. The title of this video is a an exaggeration. Also, it's not that the construction companies and workers don't want to modernize, it's that automation in construction is impossible with current technology. Even single house building is far from being automated. The closest to automation in construction takes place in the area of premade homes and there are no armies of robots doing the work yet.
What Fish calls productively going down, I call it improved safety and quality processes. How many workers died to raise the Empire State Building in 14mo?
So the only robots that he has done anything with now, only deliver blueprints to the HUMAN workers on site, what a joke! And this crappy fluff piece explains nothing else about what kind of "Construction Robots" his company has in the works, only talks about his software systems that he has created. 😂

With technology you can have safety and productivity at once. No need for a tradeoff.
Ah yes, another billionaire who wants to squeeze the working class.
Ah yes another billionaire bringing innovation and another leech trying to punish him for it.
