Nice video my friend!
The last time I was in Winnipeg I was driving home to Ontario, it was in April and a blizzard descended upon us. When it was over there were drifts up to the 8th floor of a 10 story apartment building. Never saw downtown, so thank you.

Is Winnipeg safe to walk anytime, aspiring tourist here with no plan to live there
No lights in the way.
I love my city..but hey ..dont walk around at night ..completely different environment fr ..this place lives up to its nickname "lil Chicago "

Where are all the people?
Provanche(?) at dusk (and downtown Winnipeg in general) slows down a lot, and not much is open aside from restaurants and some clubs.
