Actually, he's telling Mike to get down. Once Mike gets down, and Freddy goes back to normal, Bonnie doesn't do anything. He just stares forward. He would have gotten up to get Mike himself, but he didn't, or at least, press it to Freddy more that mike is there, but hiding. Because Jeremy knows something is wrong. The spirits were being controlled by Afton, brainwashed by him, but they can't break out of it. Jeremy slightly did, because he was the one to have received the drawing of the heart from Abby. That was enough to even slightly make Jeremy remember his true self.
Good Guy Bonnie theory makes more sense than Good Guy Foxy theory from the early days of the fandom tbh. Abby seemed to be the closest with Bonnie since she gifted him the heart drawing and wanted to play his guitar. A deleted scene would have even had him give her a piggyback ride.

We actually just said goodbye to each other a couple minutes ago at a convention. Kevin told me that Freddy and Bonnie were "malfunctioning" in that scene, hence the extremely jerky movements.
