Alright so a little info for you boyz.
1. I quit the game and went to bed right after the video ends.
2. There's not more to this video because not a lot of stuff happened other than this.
The invasion of the USA was not very micro intensive. When the Allied tanks arrived I got clapped.
3. The USSR was actually pushing into Germany at the end. Germany was producing 1 nuke every 60 days at this point and would not increase it's production for another 12 months. After this they would produce 1 nuke every 30 days. I don't know who would have won in the end, seeing as USSR was pushing slowly and 1 nuke every 60 days would not collapse the USSR. My guess is the game would have lasted at least another year regardless of who would win. Also the Allies would never D-Day again, because Japan destroyed both the UK and USA navy.

Whatever anyone says, this was an axis win, the fact that they were still able to completely encircle and kill that d-day, and then push the Soviets to the river line is an amazing feat of schizo microing and just pure luck

Sure they had made pushes into Germany but germany euro-axis were holding, there was no help coming from allies at all, and japan was already invading east russia and on the southern front fron the middle east. 3 fronts would spread any army thin not to mention how aids the micro would have been.

My hat's off to the script-writers for this one. They really knocked it out of the park with a highly compelling storyline that was full of twists and turns.
I think the Reversed D-day and then a sealion was way too much. It really made it unrealistic for me and took me out of the movie.

@@sulo2728 I was watching on College's stream and there was a good half hour where there were still Axis members moving tanks around. But yes, it was earliest in the day for College and that makes a huge difference.

Britain is capitulated, the USSR is pushed back to the riverline with no possible help from the tattered remnants of the Allies, Germany has nukes, Japan is completely free to do whatever he wants, that was an Axis win.

Italy contributed for his side more than it could they gave a good 30% of their equipment and 60% of their aircraft production to Germany plus they contributed to 85+% of Nationalist Spain weapons which led to Italy having no equipment for itself. The Italians nevertheless fought to death first a world war then a civiliwar then a war against the nazis. All this while with a fractured leadership and government which left them alone. 3 of our princes starved to death while fighting and one of our princess remained with her battalion soldiers when they went to concentration camps and was beaten to death by the Germans. So yeah I think we made everything we could in that state especially since we only were 3% of World industry and Germany was 22% and considering we had no oil and ceded our Romanian oil reserves to Germany:D. And btw Germany backstabbed Italy since it declared 3 days before war on Italy and sent to concentration camps 700k Italian soldiers and invaded the country. So sorry that we didn’t perform well after giving all to our allies throwing ourselves at the enemy despite terrible leadership that prevented the good or even genius military minds to do their work (examples: Messe “the Italian Rommel” , Graziani or Umberto). While our king which was who most of us fought for stood silent while we entered the war leaving everyone with doubts on what he wanted us to do. And again sorry that we didn’t perform well when 7000+ communists communes were declared in Italy and the country split in 3/7000. It seemed to me that for Russia and China 2 divisions were enough to fall within a year so sorry if it had taken 2/3 years to take us out while in civilwar :D.

You are good players, some true strategists, I would not what to do in that tremendous endsieg. A part of the army lost in the United States, North Africa lost, a tremendous d-day, I could not think of how to get out of that and more being capitulated, It was completely amazing how they made that landing in Normandy and left without supplies the enormous allied army that had even already made them capitulate, I really like your videos a lot, they are so entertaining and completely great

Imagine if this game was real, and imagine what the history books would right if the war ended in a draw.
We start to deviate with a lightning invasion of the USA from both sides. The USA, which originally felt quite secure on the other side of the world, was woken with a shock. This Second World War was able to reach American soil. The entire nation rose up in a desperate defence of their homeland, putting all production into overdrive and greatly increasing conscription. With the help of the Allies, they drove the invading Japanese and Italians out of North America, but at a great cost. This boosted nationalism and patriotism in the US; with over 15% of the US citizens joining the army, and many more joining the war effort.
With the much higher competence of Italy and Japan, the Soviet front was a catastrophe for the Soviets. They suffered immense casualties from the unstoppable war machine of the combined axis powers. With no time to spare, the allies launch an amphibious invasion into northern France with almost everything they have. With their newly upgraded equipment and overwhelming numbers, the allied invasion quickly collapsed the defending axis forces in the east. With the deadly threat of being backdoored, Germany pulled off of the Soviet front to try and beat back the invading allies, who have now made it to the Benelux. The soviets, for the first time since the start of the war, had a chance to breathe.
The Allied forces in the west have freed France and the Benelux. They have stalled the Italian forces on their border while advancing into Germany. With the Germans on the brink of collapse, the Italians launched a surprise counter invasion into northern and western France, as well as major cities and ports in the Benelux. The cornered German army pulled off a genius encirclement, which bought some more time. The Italian counter invasion quickly seized major ports along the coast and assassinated key personnel in the Netherlands army, collapsing the Netherlands again. Germany, taking this chance, destroyed the stranded Allied units still in Germany.
Seeing that the Allied units in France are at a major risk of being surrounded, the Allies deploy most of their navy into the English Channel to secure a supply route to their forces. The axis powers in Europe do the same to secure supplies to the invading Italian forces. What ensued was a chaotic naval battle throughout the English Channel that left the surface more ship than water. Both sides’ navy were left inoperable, leaving Japan as the sole naval power of the world. The Axis powers won a Pyrrhic victory in France. As although they once again secured Western Europe, the Soviets have recovered and are now knocking on the doors of Germany. While the rest of the Axis powers scramble to the east to face the red army, Spain pulls a covert invasion into the British isles and, while facing only minor resistance, capitulated the British.
Thus, with massive casualties and a destroyed navy, the US retreat to their homeland, leaving the Soviets to face the Axis powers alone. Despite facing overwhelming air power and periodic nukes, the soviets continue to march into Central Europe with numbers and sheer willpower.
It was at this point that both sides agreed to end the war. The ensuing peace treaty between the surviving powers of Japan, Germany, Italy, and Spain on the Axis side, and the Soviets on the allied side was signed in Tokyo.
Japan, being the strongest power after the bloody war in Europe, gained much from the treaty. In China, they annexed the entire coast down to Hong Kong and installed a puppet government for the remaining warlords. They rule with an iron fist, but isolated resistance cells continue to operate. In Indonesia, Philippines, and Malaysia, japanese puppet governments are installed and resource exploitation propels Japan into the forefront for various research fields. Most of Indochina was given to Siam, but various port cities and strategic bases remain under Japanese control. The pacific islands including Hawaii are also annexed by Japan. Australia and New Zealand become satellite states while India gains freedom.
In the west, Canada becomes the new host of the British Royal family, along with the US, are the last bastions of the democratic allies.
In Europe, Fascism becomes the ruling ideology, with some monarchies surviving in small neutral countries.
Vichy France regains most of France, except for Alsace-Lorraine, Savony, and Corsica. Britain had a new government instated. One that was supportive of Fascism under the brown shirts. Italy now controls most of North Africa, from Libya all the way to Egypt.
Spain officially annexed Portugal and continued developing into Spanish Africa.
To Eastern Europe, the Germans and the Soviets reached a compromise. A lawless buffer zone was created in the nuclear wasteland that was eastern Poland. Neither side would control said land nor enter it.
Much of Africa escaped the hands of the surviving nations, as neither side had the resources to manage Africa. All of sub Saharan Africa, with the exception of Ethiopia, gained their freedom.

The second amendment would not allow an invasion of the US. That would have been suicide. It would be pretty hard to push with a small army of a million people. Italy did not even have a budget to do it. Italy could only get around 200,000 people at the beggning of ww2 who were not trained. They would have been slaughtered by the American citizen of the time. Even with this they did not feel secure. They built costal defences. Hoi4 is a fun game but not all nations are equal. Axis also would not have nukes. Pretty sure they considered atomic science a jewish thing. The people of each nation would have to be compleatly different from irl.

To be honest, they were like 95% capitulated with like no army so they were basically dead, they only had to walk to the other side of the urals to get a few victory points. Dday was so bad though that they needed to pull 100% off the soviets or they would have lost, which allowed the soviets to completely come back, but the axis did basically completely wipe the allies so it worked out in the end.
But didn't THE UK and the US cap? That means that majority of the world is against the comintern especially with Japan Also being in the way there's no way that the Soviets could hold long term.

Also they didn't capitulate the US I think but they did kill both the UK and US fleets making it impossible for the allies to do anything basically. At the end while the axis had every advantage in the world to take out the soviets, the soviets were actually pushing back the axis, even pushed them back to poland before the game crashed and they abandoned it if I remember correctly. Bo explains it in his pinned comment, the axis would likely win long term but it would still be a very long slog.
