I think what’s lovely about Gok cooking is the utterly genuine look of happiness when they are enjoying his food and his absolute passion for the food from his heritage, he’s like a modern day Ken Hom imo

Don't do these spring rolls in the oven, use an air fryer if you have one. They'll come out super crunchy and delicious. 😘
