Why did you add vinegar in water and added that mixture and not just vinegar into the milk? If I use lemon juice instead then can I add lemon juice directly in the milk or do I need it dilute it with water??
I think if you add vinegar in water it will distribute better with all of the milk molecules as compared to only adding a spoonful directly. So basically just to increase the volume of vinegar.
It seems the water to vinegar quantity is not correct? Shouldn’t it be 1 and half cup of water rather than 1 and half “liter” of water which is more than 6 cups?
