Okay I am 7 minutes in and already blown away. (Literally 5 seconds after I commented this you mentioned the Veronica beard button program lol 😂) Veronica beard button issue- if you contact Veronica beard they should send you a button free of charge. Sometimes they will not have the button, so it takes a few months for it to come in. If you can’t get an extra one for whatever reason I would still list as is as I personally think it’s worth the $8 investment. Okay, now back to the haul for me!

I used to have Oilily catalogs when I was younger and would just marvel over how complex and beautiful their clothing was! It used to be very excessive in a wonderful way!

put a splash of dawn on the spot and let it sit for hours or overnight. Before you throw in washer.. Hit the stain again with dawn and rub in. Then wash Don't put in dryer till stain is gone.

Every single piece was a winner! You have had a lot of fantastic hauls over the years but you are right when you said this may be one of your best. The fact that this is only one part is insane! I haven’t found sea in a few years. I like the ALO jacket the best but the brown color of the redone jeans are very cool! Great haul and video!

Oilily had an upscale store in a high end shopping center on the magnificent mile in Chicago's Gold Coast. I was a worker in an office building close by and would go over to visit to see their beautiful knits and prints. Couldn't afford anything but loved to look!

Great haul so fun. We all know there are days when we go what an I doing wrong, can't find a thing. Best thing we have done is drive out to other parts of Orange county, and have gone to Riverside and LA county as no one area is great or guaranteed. Love your shares!
Yes write in to JB about the button, interested to see if you can get a replacement one and if they don't have it maybe they's give you 6 more of a similar one same size. Perhaps you should put a measurement tape by the button in your photos just in case? That's cool that they have it and you found it. Def. worth the wait and the effort, especially because you can tell us how it went too! Ok I'm packing up a Native Sand Painting I sold (its signed in back)...using foam wrap, bubble wrap, long foam tubes (pool noodles) and saran wrap...now to find the right box LOL. I overpack but so far, happy buyers. I'm just afraid of the sand painting cracking or breaking. BTW, I think I paid $5 for it and it sold for $30 plus ship.

Try spray, laundry stain remover from the dollar tree works great every time use your fingernail to really scratch at the stain once you spray it

I have a Burberry blazer I got at the bins, thats also missing a button.
I bought all new buttons, but they were not the same style. So I've been procrastinating and need to find better buttons.
It's been years since I learned to sew buttons on, maybe this will motivate me. I couldn't find the same buttons and there are 3 on each sleeve and 3 on front.
I need to quit being so lazy lol😅

I wear Bryn Walker quite a bit and if I was looking at the dress I would want to know more about the size. You definitely need measurements cause some of their stuff is huge. I usually wear a Large which is about a 1X but there are some items that I have to wear an XS in and they don’t specify which is which.
I’d go for the button replacement also. Great finds!!!
I always put measurements in all my listings…..it’s important for all brands/items, not just this brand.
Fleur de Mal is really well know for their lingerie as well. I sold a pretty simple black bra for $80 I think within a few hours of listing so I knew right when you showed that tag that you had a winner! Also, the Re/Done x Levi's collab items are where the money is!

If veronica beard cant send you a replacement button I think I have the exact button, i had the same issue and found almost exact buttons on poshmark for a jacket I had missing one to replace but it has been sitting in my death pile forever so ill just take one off of it if you would like it =) its a darker silver color so it may need to be spray painted to match, was planning to do that with the ones i got to replace, they came in a bronze color. If it says "esperance" on it, it's the same button.

When I was in my early 20s Oilily was the bag to have... great clothes and oversized bags. That was 30 years ago, so yes, I would say vintage LOL... I always pick up Oilily when I see it, which isn't very often, an mostly from yard sales from people of my age group.

Spray unsented oven cleaner on tough stains for short amounts of time. Of course some material may not handle it but I have never ruined anything.

Veronica Beard replaced a button on a pair of button fly jeans for me! I sent them the jeans & they replaced it for free
Just list as is Veronica B. Jacket with missing button, those buttons tend to be pretty standard to easy to find another, especially if you own other jackets by the brand. I would not take on off.

As weird as it sounds, I would actually move that top button down to the bottom people I think would want it more like that. If that makes sense! Great haul🎉
Reach out to Veronica Beard and ask them to send you either 1 replacement button (if they have the exact one) or all new buttons (maybe slightly different but still work with the jacket). I'd say it's worth it if you're selling something $150+. I've done this with a few other brands and usually they'll be willing to help :)

Have you tried OxyClean Max Force Spray? It has not failed me yet. It took what looked to be the grease from an entire piece of 🍕 out of a Lulu jacket, saving it.

I thrifted a VB blazer last May that was missing buttons on the cuffs and one on the front like yours. I emailed their CS and they were responsive. I sent them some photos and they said they'd see if they can find some buttons. I heard nothing until a few weeks ago, when they told me they have some buttons for me. They mailed them immediately after I sent my shipping info. I brought the blazer and buttons to my seamstress yesterday so we'll see how this goes! So it took a while for me to get buttons but I'm happy they didn't forget about me!

The vest could be referred to as a gilet which is a sleeveless jacket resembling a waistcoat or blouse. It may be waist- to knee-length and is typically straight-sided rather than fitted.
